Get my spirit back up

Dear Lord!

I turn to you today asking to uplift my personal spirit. I feel down and beat up by my teenager son's attitude and behavior. I've lost my cool with him last night because of his thoughtless and selfish ways. I've had some appointments and plans for today as it is my day off, but I feel physically sick and spending my day in bed because of all yesterday's incident. I am just wasting away this day. I know, it's wrong and not good for me, I just can't get my spirit up and get moving. Please, Father, show me the way. In Jesus name I pray.

Prayer Focus For This Week ~ Prayer For Financial Breakthrough...

We praise You, Oh Mighty King, we bless Your Holy Name. Thank You for providing all our needs, according to Your riches in Glory. You never fail us, even in these difficult times, when finances are low and worry will try to invade our minds. Help us to be at PEACE, Father, confident in Your blessed assurance that You will supply all our needs.

We pray for a financial breakthrough in our lives right now! Grow our finances and bestow on us wisdom to manage Your blessings righteously. Open our eyes today to job opportunities and profitable business ventures. May we be good stewards of all that You provide. Help us to not depend on money but only on You, Jehovah Jireh, our Provider. Don’t allow money to destroy our relationships through tension and disagreements.

We pray that the greed of money would not entrap our hearts but we will only hunger and thirst after You and Your righteousness. May we shrewdly use what You have provided for us. Help us to remember that as we are blessed, we should bless others as well. Remind us to lend a helping hand to those who are less fortunate. In Jesus’ mighty name, our financial breakthrough is here! God all that I have asked of you in this prayer, do the same for the person who blessed me with this prayer, and all my love ones. Amen.

Holy God and loving Father, I consciously place my fears, worries, anxieties, and burdens in your hands. I know that I have so little power to change the outcome of these events and I trust that you will work what is pleasing to you, and best for me, out of these situations. Forgive me for my anxious thoughts and for letting my own worry become an idol that robs you of my full trust. Strengthen and empower me to trust you more by the power and presence of your Spirit.
