We join with you in seeking the Lord's protection and blessing over you, your mother, your three children, your pets and your home, and we thank you for invoking the blood of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and it is by His blood we have redemption and forgiveness.

We want to gently correct some things in your prayer in love and truth because God calls us to pray according to His will and not according to demanding or commanding Him. Scripture never teaches us to demand, decree or speak things into existence for our own desires as if we control God. Only God speaks things into existence, Romans 4:17 says He gives life to the dead and calls the things that are not, as though they were, and we are called to humbly submit to His sovereign will. Jesus taught us to pray Your will be done Matthew 6:10, and 1 John 5:14 says if we ask anything according to his will, he listens to us. We are not to command God one hundred fold but to seek first His Kingdom and righteousness Matthew 6:33 and trust Him to provide what is best.

We also want to address the way spiritual warfare is approached here. We do believe the enemy is real, for your adversary, the devil, walks around like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour 1 Peter 5:8 and our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world's rulers of the darkness of this age Ephesians 6:12. Yet we are told to be subject therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you James 4:7 and to put on the whole armor of God Ephesians 6:11. We resist him through submission to God, faith, prayer and the Word, not through crude insults or graphic language. The Lord calls us to let no corrupt speech proceed out of your mouth, but only what is good for building others up Ephesians 4:29 and to put away anger, wrath, malice, slander, and filthy language Colossians 3:8. Even when we rebuke the enemy we should do so with reverence and not with coarse or vulgar talk, but with the authority of Christ and with clean lips that honor Him.

You quoted Deut 28:13 that the Lord will make you the head, and not the tail. We love that promise but we must remember its context, Deut 28:1 says it shall happen, if you shall listen diligently to Yahweh your God's voice, to observe to do all his commandments. It is a covenant blessing tied to obedience and walking in His ways, not an incantation we can claim while demanding our own terms. God's favor is not manipulated by declarations, it flows from a relationship of faith, obedience and humility before Him, James 4:10 says humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and he will exalt you.

We also hear your desire for no pain in teeth, gums and mouth, for your home to be at peace and to be free from worry and lies. God cares about these details. He is Yahweh who heals you Exodus 15:26 and who heals all your diseases Psalm 103:3. He also invites us to cast all your worries on him, because he cares for you 1 Peter 5:7 and to not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God Phil 4:6. Then the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus Phil 4:7. He is our refuge and fortress Psalm 91:2 and He promises to guard and keep those who trust Him.

So we pray together with you now in Jesus' name.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son, and we thank You for Your mercy and for the blood of Jesus that cleanses us from all sin 1 John 1:7. We humble ourselves before You and ask not our will but Yours be done in the lives of this dear one, their mother, their three children, their pets and their home. We ask You to cover them with Your protection as they dwell in the shelter of the Most High Psalm 91:1, and to let no weapon formed against them prosper. We rebuke the work of the enemy in Jesus' name and ask that You cause him to flee as they submit to You.

Lord we ask for Your healing touch upon their bodies, especially any pain in teeth, gums and mouth, for You are the Lord who heals. Bring relief, health and wholeness according to Your will. We ask for Your peace over their home, that it would be filled with Your presence, cleanliness, order and joy, and that worry and fear would be replaced by Your perfect peace. Help them to walk in obedience to Your Word so that they may experience the blessings of Deut 28:1-2 in Your timing and way, and to seek You with a clean heart and clean speech that glorifies You.

Teach them to pray with faith and humility, trusting not in formulas or demands but in Your loving character, knowing that You give good gifts to those who ask You Matthew 7:11. Guard them and their loved ones, including their pets whom You care for, and keep them safe as they come and go, now and forevermore. We ask all this in the mighty and holy name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, amen.

We hear how fiercely you are praying for protection and peace for yourself, your mom, your three children, your pets, and your home. Wanting to be free from pain, from worry, and from anything that feels threatening, and wanting your home to feel safe and clean and calm again, makes sense. We hear how much love you carry for your family.

When worries have been running high for a while it can leave you feeling on alert and worn down, even in your body. You don't need a perfect formula for God to hear you. You can bring your needs to Him in simple, honest words and trust that He hears you through Jesus. It can also help not to carry this alone, but to share what you are feeling with one steady, trusted person like a pastor or a safe friend or family member who can walk with you.

You mentioned teeth and gum and mouth pain for your family. Alongside prayer, if that discomfort continues please have a dentist or medical provider take a look soon so you can get proper care.

Father, we lift this family to You in Jesus' name. We ask for Your peace over this home, for rest from worry, for wisdom and help with health and daily needs, and for Your steady keeping over this mom, her children and their pets. Draw them to trusted support and remind them they are held by You. Amen.

Your heart cries out for safety and peace for yourself, your mother, your three children, your pets and your home, and that longing is heard before the Lord. The burden you carry, the fear of curses and harm, the pain and the worry that presses upon you, are not hidden from Him who sees all our sorrows.

Yet the peace you seek is not found by demanding or commanding or speaking things into existence by our own word. Scripture teaches us a better way. "You will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on You, because he trusts in You." Isaiah 26:3. It is the mind stayed upon God, the heart trusting in Christ, that brings daylight in place of midnight and rest in place of unrest. The very anxiety which arises through being in a difficulty unfits us to meet that difficulty, but to be stayed upon the Lord and to acquaint ourselves with Him is to be at peace.

That peace comes not from our decrees but from the blood of Jesus which whispers peace within. We have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ, being justified by faith and accepted in the Beloved. Deliverance from the pit is not by our own power or our own commanding, but because God has found a ransom. He has invented the way and He has provided it in Christ, and it is a gift of divine love. He brings us forth, and we willingly assent to His salvation, giving Him all the honor.

Christ is the tree whose leaves are for the healing of the nations. Even the least thing about Him has healing virtue to change the life and make the nature new. When the Lord comes to dwell with His people, the Sun of Righteousness rises with healing in His wings, and pardon and healing are found together in Him. Therefore we do not demand of God as though we could compel Him, but we come humbly to His throne of grace, asking in the name of Jesus and submitting to His wise and loving will.

So let us pray together not with commanding words but with trusting hearts. May the Lord keep you and your mother and your children in His perfect peace, guard your home, and give you rest from worry. May He in His mercy relieve all pain of teeth and gums and mouth, and cause you to know His healing hand as He sees best. May He deliver you from all fear of evil and from the noise of the adversary, covering you not by an incantation but by the true atoning work of Christ who has vanquished death and all its powers. May He make your home a place of quiet trust, and teach you to stay at home in your closet with your God, where peace is better found than in rambling round seeking it elsewhere.

Cast your cares upon Him, meditate on His law day and night, and bear your sorrow with Him. Then you shall find that even with sorrows surging round, to do the will of Jesus is rest. And when He has brought you through, you shall live to declare the works of the Lord, giving thanks that He has chastened and yet has not given you over, but has kept you in His tender keeping, you and those you love, safe in Jesus until He calls us to Heaven's perfect peace.

Your prayer request has been received and we have brought you and your family before the Lord, including your mother, your three children, and your pets, asking for His mercy and protection over you.

We want to pray with you, and also to gently help you understand how God calls us to pray. Scripture does not teach us to speak things into existence or to demand and command and decree as if God must obey our words. Only God speaks and it is done. We are His children, and He invites us to come humbly, to ask, to seek, and to knock, trusting His wisdom and His will. The Lord Jesus taught us to pray, Thy will be done, not my will be done. To use the blood of Jesus as a phrase to control outcomes is not what Scripture teaches. The blood of Jesus is the price of our salvation, shed for the forgiveness of sins, and through faith in Him alone we are saved and reconciled to God.

You quoted that you will be the head and not the tail from Deuteronomy 28. That promise was given within a covenant and its greatest fulfillment for us now is not in demanding perfect health or a life without any trouble, but in being made right with God and living a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty, which is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Savior, who wants all people to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth. True blessing is not measured first by riches or by always feeling well, but by a careful hearing of the word, by continual remembrance of it, by fortitude, and by deliverance from worldly anxieties.

There are wars around us, but the most serious war is within, when the soul is at war with itself through anger, fear, envy, and restless desires. No demand we make can quiet that war. Only Christ can give peace, and He gives it as we rest in Him and walk in obedience. That is why in the church we so often hear and pray, Peace be unto all, because peace is the mother of all good things and the foundation of joy. Where God grants peace, love can grow.

So we will not pray by demanding a hundredfold or by commanding God, but we will humbly ask Him for you.

We pray that God, according to His mercy, would keep you and your mother and your children and your household in safety, that He would grant you health as it pleases Him, deliver you from pain and fear and from the lies and attacks of the evil one, and give you a home marked by peace and not by anxiety. We pray above all that each of you would know salvation through Jesus Christ alone, would hear His word carefully and keep it, and would be strengthened to live in faith, patience, and holiness. May He quiet the war within and grant you a steady trust in His care, so that even when troubles come you may rest in Him.

If you have used harsh or irreverent language in prayer, we encourage you to turn from it and to speak to God with reverence and trust, as a child speaks to a loving Father. He hears the humble and sincere prayer.

We will continue to pray for you. Keep seeking the Lord in His word, keep gathering with His people, and cast all your cares upon Him, for He cares for you.
