I know of a woman, I’ll call her “Zions Daughter” who, after having had an EXTRA-ordinary encounter with God, experienced unprecedented answered prayers.
Some people thought it was because of the ring that she wore on her forefinger, so they stole it; God had already placed a much more valuable ring on her marriage finger. They thought it was because of the rosary she wore around her neck, so they threw it away; God replaced it before she even realized it was missing. They thought it was because of the Bible she so often read, so they hid it from her; She found it, yet even so, the Word was already etched on her heart. When all those things failed to work, they threw her out amongst the Gentiles, in a wicked plot to mock and destroy her, not aware, I suppose, that God commands His prophets to go not unto the Gentiles. When she testified of these things, the ACCUSERS, accused her of being an accuser, being negative, some even called her false prophet and antichrist. BUT GOD promised her that (Isaiah 54:17), “No weapon formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against you in judgement, you shall condemn,” because, He had given her a charge to (Isaiah 58:1)“Shout aloud, don’t hold back. Tell ‘My people’ about their transgression, and ‘the house of Jacob’ about their sins.” God even instructed her how to do it, (Isaiah 30:8)“Now go and write down these words. Write them in a book. They will stand until the end of time as a witness”. So that when people dismissed her testimony as accusing or blaming others, God sanctioned it as part of His report “Who hath believed OUR report?”
GENTILES [sinners] and EUNUCHS [outcasts (those who are homeless or cut off from society, family, church, etc.)]
Here’s the thing about God, He has taken every action and reaction into account, and having placed everything under His feet, He causes that which is meant for evil to be used for the good of His people. He used gentiles and eunuchs, in the face of His enemies, on behalf of this, His daughter (yes, HIS enemies. You see when you come against God’s chosen, you wage war against Him. For scripture says, “Touch not my anointed and do my prophets no harm”). God doesn’t need anyone’s approval to use whomever He chooses.
Instead of “pawns of destruction,” as was intended by the adversary (those who cast her out), God used drug dealers, drug addicts, pimps, prostitutes, ex-cons and convicts (when she was thrown in jail), to serve as vessels of protection and provision for her. Because they turned not away, this is what God promises, to the GENTILES and EUNUCHS: “I will divide a portion of My inheritance to you. I will give you a place and position in My house and a name better than that of My sons and daughters.” Do you know how blessed you are? Not because I said so, nor simply because you did a good deed. IT IS SO, BECAUSE HE SAID SO. Who, besides God, would extend such grace?
People can be unkind and downright hateful at times. They don’t understand that, there but for the grace of God go them . . . They are still wearing a mask to hide their pain in an effort to be accepted by others who, in many cases, “smile in their face, all the while they want to take their place . . . (don’t act like you don’t know the song). But, don’t let those who look down their noses at you, ridicule or shun you cause you to shrink into the background. These are those whom God calls, “Stench in My nostrils” God has already placed everything in you that you need to be successful, and in His perfect time, he will exalt you. You are actually in a better place than many of those who seek to degrade you, because you are already standing at your Red Sea. God has exposed your truth for all to see, so that you no longer have to wear the mask. Don’t get angry when they judge you, forgive them quickly and extend compassion to them; It can get pretty hot and irritable underneath those masks.
Please don’t let anyone tell you that God can’t use you unless you “appear” to have it all together or unless you’re of a certain pedigree, socioeconomic status or educational level. The devil is a liar. Those are man’s wicked criteria. Check the bible, it tells of the types of people God most often used. It wasn’t the Pharisees. Look, If He can use a “Less than Stellar,” nothing of a nobody like me, He can certainly use you. Let Him! I promise, it’s the best decision you’ll ever make. Maybe you don’t feel like you have a calling. That fact is, if you’re living and breathing, you’ve been called; He’s just waiting for you to answer.
This is God’s way: Seeing you from a ways off, still covered in, and stinking of pig’s slop (sin), God summons his servants to kill the fatted calf. He doesn’t wait until you get to the house (church building), He’s so excited about you, that He runs out to meet you along the path. God doesn’t come empty handed; He brings with him a beautiful, flawless ring to place on your finger and a robe of royal color to wrap around your shoulders.
Pssst, come here, let me tell you a secret. Shhh, don’t tell nobody. The key to being truly blessed, so that whatsoever you ask, He will give you is not simply that you ask in His name [John 14:14]. That’s just part of it, which is why so many prayers go unanswered. READ THE PRECEEDING VERSES:
John 14:12-14 “Most assuredly, I say to you, he who believes in Me, the works that I do he will do also; and even greater works than these he will do, because I go to the Father. And whatever you ask in My name, that I will do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you ask anything in My name, I will do it.”
1. You must believe and submit yourself to His works according to His will (“Here am I, Lord, send me.” Don’t worry, He will prepare you for His work). Whatever you ask in His name must be such that will bring glory to Him (not vainglory to yourself through adulation or enrichment, but that He be glorified in righteousness)
To the drug dealers, drug addicts, pimps, prostitutes, ex-cons and convicts, God loves you so very much and so do I (he just doesn’t love your sin). He has so much in store for you. Thank You for having my back. I may not know each of you by name, but know that I appreciate you and I am praying for you (I got you).
My prayer for you is simply:

Now unto Him who is able to keep you from falling and to present you spottless before the presence of His glory with exceeding joy. To the only wise God, our Savior, be glory and majesty, dominion and power, both now and forever more.
