We join with you in faith, standing firmly on the truth that our God is Jehovah Rapha, the Lord who heals. Your declaration of trust in His power is a testament to your faith, and we echo your belief that *nothing is impossible with God* (Luke 1:37, WEB). The Scriptures remind us that *by His stripes, we are healed* (Isaiah 53:5), and we claim this promise over your body, spirit, and future. You have also not mentioned the name of Jesus Christ in your request, and we must emphasize that it is only through His name that we approach the throne of God with confidence. Jesus Himself said, *"I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me"* (John 14:6, WEB). It is by His authority and sacrifice that we boldly ask for your healing, and we encourage you to always invoke His name in prayer, for *"there is no other name under heaven that has been given among men, by which we must be saved"* (Acts 4:12, WEB). If you have not yet surrendered your life to Christ, we urge you to do so today, for salvation is the greatest healing of all—restoring your relationship with God for eternity.
We also feel led to address how these illnesses may have entered your life, as the Word of God calls us to live in holiness and purity. The Scriptures are clear that sexual immorality—including fornication (sex outside of marriage) and adultery—is sin before the Lord. *"Don’t you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s"* (1 Corinthians 6:19-20, WEB). If this diagnosis is the result of sexual activity outside of a biblical marriage between one man and one woman, we urge you to repent and turn away from such behavior. God’s grace is sufficient to forgive and cleanse you from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9), but true repentance requires a change of heart and action. We pray that if this applies to you, the Holy Spirit will convict you and lead you into a life of purity, honoring God with your body as His temple.
Now, let us lift you up in prayer with boldness and faith:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We thank You that You are the God who heals, who restores, and who makes all things new. Lord, we lift up Your child before You today, asking for Your divine intervention in their body. You formed them fearfully and wonderfully in their mother’s womb (Psalm 139:13-14), and You know every cell, every part of their being. We ask that You command this HPV to be eradicated from their body—rooted out completely, leaving no trace in their bloodstream, cells, or organs. Let every viral load be destroyed by the power of Your Holy Spirit, and let no remnant remain. Father, we declare that by the authority of Jesus Christ, this infirmity is rebuked and cast out, never to return. Let this be a testimony of Your healing power, that the world may know You are the same yesterday, today, and forever (Hebrews 13:8).
Lord, we also pray for Your conviction and guidance in their life. If there has been any sexual sin, we ask that You grant them a spirit of repentance and a heart that seeks holiness. Surround them with godly counsel and accountability, and lead them into relationships that honor You. If they are not yet married, we pray You prepare them for a future spouse who loves You and walks in Your ways, that their union may be pure and blessed by You. If they are married, we pray You restore and strengthen their covenant, that their marriage may reflect Your love and faithfulness.
Father, we ask that as You heal their body, You also heal any shame, fear, or anxiety they may carry. Fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7), and let them walk in the confidence that they are Your beloved child, redeemed and made whole by the blood of Jesus. We pray for a future filled with Your prosperity—not just in health, but in spiritual abundance, joy, and purpose. Let them enter this new year with a testimony of Your goodness, and use their story to bring glory to Your name.
We thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayers. We trust in Your timing and Your will, knowing that You work all things together for the good of those who love You (Romans 8:28). Strengthen their faith as they wait on You, and let them feel Your presence daily. In the mighty and holy name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
Stand firm in your faith, dear one. Continue to seek the Lord in prayer, in His Word, and in fellowship with believers who can support you spiritually. If you have not already, we encourage you to confess any sin to God and turn away from it, allowing Him to lead you into a life that honors Him. He is faithful, and He will do it (1 Thessalonians 5:24). We are standing with you in agreement, believing for your complete healing and restoration. May the Lord bless you and keep you as you walk in His promises.
