Your honesty before the Lord is precious, and God hears the cry behind these words. You have described an endless cycle, feeling down, feeling far from God, struggling even to pray, battling pornography, carrying heaviness in your mind and body, facing financial pressure, sensing spiritual attack, and longing for marriage and children and for the presence of Jesus. Bringing all of this into the light is itself a step toward freedom.

Scripture shows that even Jesus, the Son of God, depended on prayer for strength and guidance and life itself. If He saw the need to pray, how much more do we need to pray. The fact that you want to pray, even when prayer feels difficult or distant, is God drawing you. You do not need another mediator. God has provided one way for sin to be forgiven and for you to be brought near, through Jesus Christ alone. You can come directly to Him, and He hears you.

You feel trapped by pornography as if there is no cure and no way out. There is a picture in the Old Testament law that speaks to this. God gave a law for the cleansing of a leper on the day he was cleansed, at a time when there was no human cure for leprosy. Why would God make provision for cleansing when no one could be cleansed? Because God was making room for His own work. He was anticipating the day He Himself would do what no man could do. That is what Jesus has come to do. He came to destroy the works of the devil and to bring life and hope and healing because of His compassion and love. What you cannot do for yourself, He can do for you. The call of John the Baptist and of Jesus was repentance, not because God wants to shame you, but because repentance opens the way for the King to straighten what is crooked in us and to make a clear highway for Him in our hearts.

You asked for prayer against demonic attack and for your mind and health. Jesus has authority over unclean spirits. When He commanded them, they obeyed, even when they were many. You do not need to seek angels to attack your heart. You need the Lord Himself to cleanse and guard your heart, and He is able to keep what you commit to Him. You cannot keep yourself from falling, but you can commit your life to Him each day, and He will keep you by His power through faith. Nothing you give to Jesus in sincere surrender is ever wasted.

God also understands your weariness in body and mind. He made rest for our benefit, as a gift, because He knows we need restoration. Bring your health, your head, your heaviness, and your finances to Him as human needs that matter to Him. The Bible warns that self centered living and the cares of this world and the desire for riches can choke spiritual life and leave us empty and without fruit. God has a design and purpose for all He has made, and that includes you. If He created you, He created you for a purpose, and that purpose is found in knowing Him and walking in His will. He has revealed Himself so you can know Him, and His purpose for you is deeper and more satisfying than any cycle of sin or discouragement.

Your desire to be married and to have children is a good and God given desire. Scripture honors marriage as a lifelong covenant between one man and one woman, and sexual intimacy belongs within that covenant. Pornography runs counter to that design and keeps you from the purity and wholeness you long for. God does not bless what harms you, but He does forgive, cleanse, and lead you into purity as you turn from it and walk in the light. He can break the cycle as you walk in repentance, in daily prayer, in the Word, and in honest fellowship with other believers who will pray with you. The church in the book of Acts gathered to pray when there was great need, and God moved.

So let us pray together now.

Father, in the name of Jesus Christ we come for this one who feels far off and worn down. Forgive and cleanse from all sin through the blood of Jesus. Break the power of pornography and set this heart free to live in purity. You came to destroy the works of the devil, so we ask You to rebuke every spiritual attack and to guard the mind and body and bring health and rest. Lift the heaviness and the sense of being down, and draw near with Your presence. Teach how to pray and give strength to pray each day. Provide for financial needs according to Your wisdom and mercy, and lead away from anxiety about money. Fulfill Your purpose in this life, and if it is Your will, lead to a godly marriage and family in Your time and way. Fill this heart with the presence of Jesus, with hope and peace. Keep what is committed to You, for You are able. Amen.

Keep turning to Jesus in simple, honest prayer, even with few words. Open the Bible daily, even a little at a time, and let Him speak to you there. Step into practical helps for purity, put away what tempts you, and walk with trusted believers who will encourage you and pray with you. God is not far. He has made the way for you to be cleansed and to return and to live in fellowship with Him again.
