We hear your heart in these three requests and we lift them up together before the Lord in Jesus' name, seeking His will and His peace for you.
We understand your desire to be done with mental health therapy altogether and for good, right away. We pray for your complete healing and restoration, for God is the one who heals the brokenhearted. As it is written, He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds Psalm 147:3, and The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit Psalm 34:18. We also know that God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and of self-control 2 Timothy 1:7, and we pray that His power and soundness of mind would fill you more and more. At the same time we encourage you with wisdom, for Scripture says Where there is no counsel, plans fail, but in a multitude of counselors they are established Proverbs 15:22 and that In the multitude of counselors there is victory Proverbs 11:14. God is our Wonderful Counselor Isaiah 9:6 and our ultimate healer, and He often works through wise, godly counsel and even through therapists and physicians to bring healing. We encourage you not to make a hasty decision to end all care abruptly on your own, but to seek the Lord's guidance, to pray for discernment, and to seek wise counsel about when and how to step away from therapy if it is truly His timing. We pray that whatever anxiety or burden you have carried would be lifted as you bring it to Him, for we are told In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:6-7.
We also join you in prayer for your own place to live and for time to pass quickly until that provision comes. We understand the longing for a place of your own, for stability and refuge, and we pray that God will open the right door in His perfect timing. We are reminded that To everything there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven Ecclesiastes 3:1 and that we are to Wait for the Lord. Be strong, and let your heart take courage. Yes, wait for the Lord Psalm 27:14. While waiting can feel long, God uses the waiting to strengthen us and to prepare what is best, for we know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose Romans 8:28. We pray for patience and hope as you wait, and that your trust would be renewed as it says But those who wait for the Lord will renew their strength. They will mount up with wings like eagles Isaiah 40:31. We ask the Lord to provide a safe, affordable, and peaceful dwelling for you, a place where you can rest and grow and honor Him, for every good provision comes from His hand.
We also bring your need for financial guidance and help before the Father. He sees your needs and He cares deeply about your stewardship and provision. We pray that He will grant you wisdom to manage what you have been given, for The plans of the diligent surely lead to profit Proverbs 21:5, and that He will provide for all your needs according to His riches. As it is written, But seek first God’s Kingdom, and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well Matthew 6:33 and My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:19. We ask God to give you clarity, discipline, and opportunities, to guard you from anxiety about money, and to lead you to resources and godly counsel that can help you build a stable foundation.
We noticed that your request did not mention the name of Jesus Christ, and we want to gently share why His name is so essential. It is only through Jesus that we have access to God the Father, for Jesus said I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me John 14:6. And There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12. We pray in His name because He alone made the way for us through His death and resurrection, and if we confess with our mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in our heart that God raised him from the dead, we will be saved Romans 10:9. If you have not yet placed your full trust in Jesus as Lord and Savior, we encourage you to do so today, to turn to Him, to believe on Him, and to call upon His name, for He is faithful to forgive, to heal, and to lead you into new life.
So together we pray, Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ for this dear one. We ask for Your healing touch upon mind and heart, for freedom from what has weighed them down, for Your perfect peace to guard them, and for clear wisdom about therapy and counsel, that they would walk in Your healing in Your timing and not in haste. We ask You to hasten the day when You provide a home of their own, a place of safety and peace, and to give them patience and strength while they wait. We ask for financial wisdom, provision, and guidance, that You would supply every need and teach them to steward well what You provide. Draw them ever closer to Your Son Jesus, let them know the power of His name and the assurance of salvation through Him, and let Your will be done in every area of their life. We trust You to answer according to Your perfect love and wisdom. In Jesus' name we pray, amen.
