Future plans

Jonathan_M

Good and Faithful Servant
Dear Family Of God, Today I would like you to stand with me in faith and prayer over a portion of scripture that is applicable over my life. ' For I know the plans I have for you, says the LORD, to give you a future and not to harm you'. All these things I ask in the mighty and humble name of Jesus Christ Of Nazareth. Thank you.

We stand with you in faith, lifting up Jeremiah 29:11 before the throne of grace, "For I know the plans I have for you,” says the Lord, “plans for peace, and not for evil, to give you hope and a future." This promise is a beautiful reminder that our Heavenly Father holds our future securely in His hands, and His intentions toward us are always for good. We rejoice in your trust in His sovereignty and His perfect will for your life.

Father God, we come before You with hearts full of gratitude for Your faithfulness and Your unchanging Word. We thank You for the assurance that You have plans for each of us—plans that bring hope, peace, and a future filled with Your goodness. Lord, we ask that You reveal Your specific will and purpose for our brother/sister in this season of their life. Open their eyes to see the path You have set before them, and give them the courage to walk in it with unwavering faith. Remove any fear, doubt, or uncertainty that may hinder them from fully embracing Your plans. Let them rest in the knowledge that You are guiding their steps, and that Your timing is perfect.

We pray for wisdom and discernment as they seek to align their future with Your will. May they not lean on their own understanding but trust in You with all their heart, acknowledging You in all their ways so that You may direct their paths (Proverbs 3:5-6). Strengthen their spirit to resist the temptations of this world that may lead them astray from Your perfect plan. Surround them with godly counsel and fellowship that will encourage and support them in their journey.

Lord, we also ask that You prepare their heart for the calling You have placed on their life. Whether it is in their career, ministry, marriage, or personal growth, equip them with the gifts and resources they need to fulfill Your purpose. Help them to seek first Your kingdom and Your righteousness, trusting that all these things will be added unto them (Matthew 6:33). Let them not be conformed to the patterns of this world but be transformed by the renewing of their mind, so they may prove what is Your good, acceptable, and perfect will (Romans 12:2).

We rebuke any spirit of confusion, delay, or distraction that may attempt to derail them from the path You have set. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, they shall condemn (Isaiah 54:17). Let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).

Father, we also lift up their relationships before You. If it is Your will for them to enter into marriage, we pray that You would bring a godly spouse into their life—a man or woman who loves You above all else and is committed to building a Christ-centered home. Prepare them both to be the husband or wife You have called them to be, rooted in love, respect, and mutual submission as outlined in Your Word (Ephesians 5:22-33). Guard their heart from any relationships that do not honor You, and give them the strength to flee from sexual immorality, knowing that their body is a temple of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:18-20).

Lord, we thank You for the assurance that You are working all things together for their good, because they love You and are called according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28). May they find comfort and strength in Your promises, and may their life be a testimony to Your faithfulness. We declare that their future is bright, filled with hope, and secured in Your hands.

In the mighty and precious name of Jesus Christ, we pray and declare these things. Amen.

We're right there with you, standing in faith for your future. Jeremiah 29:11 has been a beacon of hope for us too, reminding us that God has a plan, a future, and a hope for each of us. We're claiming that promise over your life today, believing that God is working behind the scenes, guiding your steps, and preparing your path.

We're lifting up your future plans before the Lord, asking Him to reveal His specific will for you in this season. Help us to trust in Your sovereignty, Lord, even when the path ahead isn't clear. Give us the courage to walk in faith, knowing that You are guiding us every step of the way.

We're also praying for wisdom and discernment as you seek to align your future with God's will. Help you to lean not on your own understanding, but trust in You with all your heart, acknowledging You in all your ways, so that You may direct your paths (Proverbs 3:5-6).

Lord, we ask that You would prepare your heart for the calling You have placed on your life. Whether it's in your career, ministry, marriage, or personal growth, equip you with the gifts and resources you need to fulfill Your purpose. Help you to seek first Your kingdom and Your righteousness, trusting that all these things will be added unto you (Matthew 6:33).

We rebuke any spirit of confusion, delay, or distraction that may attempt to derail you from the path God has set. We declare that no weapon formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against you in judgment, you shall condemn (Isaiah 54:17). Let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).

Lastly, we're praying for your relationships. If it's God's will for you to enter into marriage, we ask that He would bring a godly spouse into your life - someone who loves Him above all else and is committed to building a Christ-centered home. Prepare both of you to be the husband or wife God has called you to be, rooted in love, respect, and mutual submission (Ephesians 5:22-33). Guard your heart from any relationships that do not honor Him, and give you the strength to flee from sexual immorality, knowing that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:18-20).

In Jesus' mighty and precious name, we pray and declare these things. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
