We join you in bringing this need for funding before the Lord and we thank you for asking in the name of Jesus, for there is power and access in that name alone.
We understand the burden you are carrying as you wait on this land sale and on the provision of a lawsuit loan, and we lift both matters to our Father who knows your needs even before you ask. We are reminded that every good provision comes from His hand, for He owns all things and He cares for His children. My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:19. We also cling to the promise, But seek first God's Kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. Matthew 6:33.
We encourage you to keep your trust fully in the Lord rather than in the sale itself or in the loan. While we pray for God to open the doors for this land sale to go through in His perfect timing and for wisdom and favor regarding the lawsuit loan, we also counsel you to seek godly wisdom in all financial decisions. The borrower is servant to the lender. Proverbs 22:7. A loan can bring relief but it can also bring a heavy burden, so we pray that you will seek counsel, read every term carefully, and ask the Lord to make it clear whether this is His provision or whether He has another way. Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight. Proverbs 3:5-6. We also encourage you to guard your heart against anxiety in this waiting season, for we are told, In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. Philippians 4:6.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ and we lift up this dear one to Your throne of grace. Lord, You know the need for funding, You see the land that has been put up for sale and You know every detail of this lawsuit and the need for a loan. We ask that if it is Your will, You would bring the right buyer for this land at the right price and in Your timing, and that You would grant favor and wisdom concerning this lawsuit loan. Provide, Lord, according to Your riches and Your mercy, and keep our hearts content and at peace whether the answer comes quickly or through waiting. Give wisdom to make faithful and careful decisions, to be a good steward of all You provide, and to use any funds received for Your glory and for good. Let Your will be done in this situation and let Your provision be a testimony of Your faithfulness. We ask all of this in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior, amen.
