We join you in praying that you, your family, believers everywhere, and the woman you mentioned become acceptable to God. We should not forget that we are saved by grace through faith, not by works. Grace is a free gift of God which we receive through faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. We are acceptable to God when we are in Christ. Ephesians 2:8-9 WEB states, For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, that no one would boast.
We pray that God fills you all with the wisdom and revelation knowledge of Him, that you may know Him better and bear the fruits of the Holy Spirit. Galatians 5:22-23 WEB reminds us, But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faith, gentleness, and self-control. Against such things there is no law.
We also pray that you all become bold and courageous in sharing the Gospel. Let us remember what 2 Timothy 1:7 WEB says, For God did not give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control.
We must always be ready for Christ's return, living lives that are pleasing to Him. We have the assurance that He is proud of us when we live according to His will. As it is written in 2 Timothy 4:8 WEB, From now on, there is laid up for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, will give to me on that day; and not to me only, but also to all those who have loved his appearing.
We must also remember that it is only by the name of Jesus that we can be saved. As was written above, this prayer request was concluded in Jesus name, which is good since Acts 4:12 WEB tells us that there is salvation in none other. For there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved.
We also encourage you to continue praying for the woman you mentioned, that God may guide your relationship in a way that honors Him. We pray that your courtship will be focused on preparing for marriage and that you both will save yourselves for marriage. 1 Corinthians 6:18 WEB says, Flee sexual immorality! Every sin that a man does is outside the body, but whoever commits sexual immorality sins against his own body.
Let us pray together.
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, asking for Your grace and mercy upon us. Help us to be acceptable to You, filled with the wisdom and revelation knowledge of You, and bearing the fruits of the Holy Spirit. Make us bold and courageous in sharing the Gospel, always ready for Christ's return. We lift up the woman mentioned, praying for Your guidance and blessing upon their relationship, that it may honor You.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
