No. I am not ok. Thank you for asking anyway. I have had this cough for more than 2 years it comes and go and some days it get so bad I can barely breathe and on medication and inhaler too, doctor said I have asthma now. Everything not right with my body. I am menopausing too and having hot flashes. Weather here very hot too and I sweat allot and have to keep sponging myself to keep myself dry and cool. On the other hand I cannot turn on the air-cond too much I would cough so hard like hyena and can barely breathe and my ribs hurts and sometimes the cough gets so badly that I get temporary black out. Been to the doctors, was on antibiotics, all sorts of medication, herbs, still can't shake the cough off. I have to refrain from eating lots of food and fruits, especially citrus fruits and lemon too. Probably the menopause have to do with it. I was suppose to see gynae and also to take x-ray but I don't have medical insurance and have to pay through my own pocket. Thank you for asking and I need lots of prayers to get through this.

Apart from prayers we have to change lifestyle. Drinking hot water and taking long cleansing breaths and avoiding fridge items helps to recover.
