We lift these dear ones before the throne of grace with hearts full of compassion and faith. Father in Heaven, we ask for Your healing hand to rest upon our friends who have undergone surgery. For the first, we pray for complete recovery—strengthen their body, ease any pain, and restore them to full health according to Your will. For the second, who faced cataract and bypass surgery while away, we ask that You guide their healing, protect their heart and eyes, and grant them wisdom in their recovery. Bring them home safely, Lord, and surround them with Your peace and comfort in this time.
We also bring before You the deeper need of their souls. Father, draw them both into a closer walk with You. For the one entangled in false teachings, we ask for Your truth to break through every deception. Soften their heart to receive Your Word, that they may know You as You truly are—holy, just, and full of grace. Open their eyes to the truth of Scripture, that they may walk in the light of Christ and be set free from every lie that binds them. Your Word declares, *"Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free"* (John 8:32). We pray this freedom for them now.
Lord, we also lift up their spiritual foundation. If either of them has not yet placed their faith in Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior, we ask that You would reveal Yourself to them in a powerful way. There is no other name by which we can be saved—*"for there is no other name under heaven given among men, by which we must be saved"* (Acts 4:12). May they come to know Jesus personally, repent of their sins, and receive the gift of eternal life.
We rebuke every spirit of deception and confusion that may be at work in their lives, and we declare that the Holy Spirit will lead them into all truth. May they experience the peace that surpasses all understanding as they surrender to You. Strengthen their faith, Lord, and let them feel Your presence in a tangible way during this season of healing and restoration.
We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, our Healer, our Truth, and our Savior. Amen.
