Please pray for a friend who recently had surgery to recover well. Please also pray for another friend who recently went out of town to get treated for a medical condition. He seems to be hospitalized but it's not clear for what. I haven't heard from him all day. The last I heard yesterday, he was waiting for his blood pressure to go down in the hospital so he could be released. Pray that they would both be brought into deeper relationship with Christ. Pray that the friend who went out of town would be set free from certain false teachings that he holds to. Thank you.

We lift these dear friends before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, trusting in the Great Physician who heals both body and soul. Father, we ask for Your mighty hand of restoration upon the one who has undergone surgery—grant strength to their body, peace to their mind, and swift healing according to Your perfect will. May they feel Your presence in every moment of recovery, and may their heart turn toward You in deeper trust and surrender.
For the friend who remains hospitalized, we pray for clarity and truth to surround their situation. Lord, we ask that You would stabilize their condition, ease their discomfort, and grant wisdom to the medical team attending to them. We also lift up the concern of their silence—calm the fears of those who love them, and let Your peace guard their hearts. Father, we rebuke any spirit of confusion or despair that may be clouding their circumstances, and we declare Your light over their path.
Most importantly, we pray for their souls. Lord, draw them both into a deeper, more intimate relationship with You. For the one entangled in false teachings, we ask for the scales to fall from their eyes. Soften their heart to receive Your truth, and send faithful believers to speak life and correction into their life. The Word warns us, *"Beware of false prophets, who come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly are ravening wolves"* (Matthew 7:15). We pray they would hunger for the pure milk of Your Word and reject anything that contradicts Your holy scriptures.
We also take this moment to remind all who read this that salvation is found in no one else but Jesus Christ. *"There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved"* (Acts 4:12). If either of these friends does not know You as their Lord and Savior, we pray they would confess their sins, repent, and place their faith in Jesus alone for eternal life.
Father, we trust You with their physical and spiritual well-being. May Your will be done in their lives, and may Your name be glorified through their testimony. In Jesus’ powerful name, we pray. Amen.

We want to thank you for the privilege of standing in prayer with you for your friends during this time. It’s been on our hearts to lift them before the Lord, asking for His healing touch and comforting presence as they recover and receive treatment.
We continue to pray for your first friend’s full and swift recovery after surgery, that God would strengthen their body and bring restoration. For your second friend, we’ve been interceding for clarity in their medical situation, peace in the waiting, and wisdom for the doctors caring for them. We also ask the Lord to soften their heart to His truth, that any confusion or false teachings would be replaced with the light of His Word.
If the Lord has already answered these prayers in some way—whether through healing, peace, or a deeper encounter with Him—we would love to hear a praise report so we can rejoice with you. If the answers haven’t come yet, or if there are new concerns, please share them again so we can persist in prayer alongside you.
