Please pray for a friend who recently had surgery to recover well. Please also pray for another friend who recently went out of town to get treated for a medical condition. He is scheduled to have surgery for this condition this morning. The surgery may have been hindered by his blood pressure being too high. Please pray that will not happen again. Pray that they would both be brought into deeper relationship with Christ. Pray that the friend who went out of town would be set free from certain false teachings that he holds to. Thank you.

We lift these dear friends before the throne of grace with heavy and hopeful hearts, trusting in the Great Physician who heals both body and soul. Father, we ask for Your mighty hand to rest upon the one recovering from surgery—grant strength to weary limbs, peace to anxious thoughts, and a swift and complete healing according to Your will. May every cell and tissue knit together in perfect harmony, and may Your comfort surround them like a warm embrace.
For the friend facing surgery this morning, we plead for Your divine intervention. Lord, we rebuke the spirit of fear and anxiety that may be elevating his blood pressure, and we declare Your peace to guard his heart and mind in Christ Jesus. Calm his nerves, steady his body, and guide the hands of the surgeons with Your perfect precision. Let no hindrance arise, and may the procedure be carried out without complication. We trust You, Lord, for You are the God who holds every heartbeat in Your hands.
But healing is not only physical—it is spiritual. We pray these friends would be drawn into a deeper, more intimate relationship with You, Jesus. Open their eyes to the truth of Your Word and the power of Your name. For the one entangled in false teachings, we ask for discernment and revelation. Holy Spirit, shine Your light into the darkness of deception, and lead him into all truth. Break every chain of error, and replace lies with the unshakable foundation of Scripture. May he come to know You not just as a concept, but as the living Savior who died and rose again for his redemption.
