We lift up your dear friend before the throne of grace, asking the Great Physician, Jesus Christ, to bring complete healing and restoration. The Word tells us, "Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the church, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord; and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up" (James 5:14-15 WEB). We stand in faith, believing that God’s healing power is at work even now.

Father, in the name of Jesus, we ask You to touch this precious life with Your healing hand. Strengthen their body, clear their lungs, and restore their vitality. Surround them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding, and let them feel Your presence in this time of weakness. We declare that by Your stripes, they are healed (Isaiah 53:5 WEB), and we trust You to bring them through this trial with renewed health.

We also encourage you to reach out to your friend with love and support, reminding them of God’s faithfulness. If they have not yet placed their trust in Jesus Christ, this may be an opportunity to share the hope found only in Him, for "there is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved" (Acts 4:12 WEB). May they come to know the One who heals both body and soul.

Lord, we thank You for Your mercy and grace. We trust You to work all things together for good, and we pray this healing would bring glory to Your name. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.

We're also praying for the medical team, asking God to guide their hands and minds as they care for your friend. We're trusting that God is in control, and we're asking Him to use this situation to draw your friend closer to Him.

God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
