Friend Having Baby Right Now In Trouble

My friend is in the delivery room right now and her baby isn't dropping down. They think he is stuck on the cord and his heart rate is dropping. She really does not want a csection. Please pray for mom and baby's protection overall and for the baby to be able to come out on his own. Thank you.
