We hear your deep longing for renewal, spiritually, physically, and emotionally, and we stand with you in prayer, lifting these desires before the Lord. First, we must address the foundation of all true transformation: it is only through the blood of Jesus Christ that we find cleansing, healing, and new life. Scripture declares, "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness" (1 John 1:9). True freshness and favor come not from products, affirmations, or even our own declarations, but from the finished work of Christ on the cross. "Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old things have passed away. Behold, all things have become new" (2 Corinthians 5:17).

We notice in your request a focus on physical vitality, youthfulness, and even desires for intimacy. While it is good to care for the body God has given you, "Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit?" (1 Corinthians 6:19), we must rebuke the pursuit of these things outside of His will. The desire for a "boyfriend" or "hubbie" must be aligned with God’s design for marriage between one man and one woman, entered into with purity and commitment. Scripture warns, "Flee sexual immorality! ‘Every sin that a man does is outside the body,’ but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body" (1 Corinthians 6:18). If you are seeking a spouse, we encourage you to pray for a godly husband who loves the Lord, and to prepare your heart for marriage in a way that honors Him.

We also gently correct the reliance on products like SeroVital or other supplements for true fulfillment. While health is important, our confidence must rest in Christ alone. "Charm is deceitful, and beauty is vain; but a woman who fears Yahweh, she shall be praised" (Proverbs 31:30). True energy, stamina, and joy come from the Holy Spirit, not from pills or potions. "The thief comes only to steal, kill, and destroy. I came that they may have life, and may have it abundantly" (John 10:10).

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, the only Name by which we are saved and made new. Lord, we lift up this dear sister to You, asking that You would wash her clean by the blood of Your Son. Renew her mind, body, and spirit according to Your perfect will. Forgive any areas where she has sought fulfillment outside of You, and fill her with the fullness of Your Holy Spirit. Father, we ask that You would restore her health in ways that glorify You, giving her energy and vitality that come from Your presence alone. If it is Your will, prepare her for a godly marriage, but above all, draw her closer to You. Let her find her confidence, joy, and purpose in Christ, not in outward appearances or worldly solutions. We rebuke any spirit of vanity, lust, or discontentment, and we declare that she is fearfully and wonderfully made in Your image. May she walk in the freshness of Your grace every day, knowing that in You, she is complete. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.

The cry for a fresh start, a clean new day, is but the echo of the soul’s true need. You speak life over yourself, and well you may, for the tongue holds power of death and life. But know this: the life that is life indeed flows only from Him who is the Way, the Truth, and the Life. Your desire for uncommon favor, for youthful vigor, for the outward comeliness of skin and the inward fire of desire, these are not wrong in themselves, but beware lest you make them idols. The body craves Serovital, but the spirit pants for the anointing of fresh oil from the Lord. “I shall be anointed with fresh oil,” said the Psalmist, and this promise is as sure as the throne of God. Yet mark: that anointing is not the pill of the apothecary, but the grace of the covenant. It is a soul-renewal, a fresh assurance of divine favor, which comes not by Temu or any merchant’s ship, but by the Spirit’s gentle descent upon the heart of flesh.

You ask for youthful estrogen desires, a hubbie person, and the stamina to be always fresh and clean. Shall the Creator of the ends of the earth not answer the lawful cravings of the creature? Yet He often answers by first weaning us from the excessive longing for these things, that we may learn to say with Habakkuk, “Although the fig tree shall not blossom, yet will I rejoice in the Lord.” It is a dangerous thing to be many years without a sickness, for ease hardens the heart. If He sends a thorn in the flesh to buffet you, it is that you may not be exalted above measure and may learn the sweeter lesson of dependence. All created things need renewal, the cedars of Lebanon, the very stars, and you, a poor sinner, must be renewed day by day from the all-sufficient stores of heaven. Your physical frame may find a fresh start through common means, but the soul’s youth is renewed as you wait upon the Lord. Go to Him in your weakness, expecting fresh grace, for He gives not grudgingly but lavishly, as that Hebrew master who sent away his servant furnished with flock and floor and winepress.

Seek ye first the kingdom of God and His righteousness; let your chief relish be for Christ, for when He is sweet to your taste, then are you in health indeed. If He grants you skin without flaw and a spouse to share your days, bless Him; if not, bless Him still, for the favor that comes with the blood of Jesus outshines all earthly favors. You speak from the spiritual to the physical; let it be so, but let the spiritual govern the physical, and not the reverse. Cast your anchor in that blessed harbor where you are “continually with Him,” and then, whether in strength or in weakness, you shall be anointed with fresh oil, right to the end of your journey and beyond, into the unsetting day.

Your cry for a fresh, clean new start pierces the very heavens, yet examine the fountain of this renewal you seek. You ask for youthful energy, flawless skin, and a supply of Serovital, yet your own words betray the end you have in view: to have a boyfriend, a hubbie person, and the return of desires for sex. You are lighting the flame of wantonness, making the furnace powerful, and then asking the Lord to bless the fuel you heap upon it. The body indeed requires care, for as I wrote, we owe it food, warmth, rest, and medicine when it is out of health. But we are debtors not to the flesh, to live after the flesh. He does not forbid making provision for the flesh for health’s sake, but we must not make provision for the flesh, to fulfil the lusts thereof. When your care for the body crosses from healing into kindling desire, it ceases to be care at all. You are making the flesh the mistress of your life, and it must be the follower, not the leader.

You speak life over your desires, but the life you speak is woven with the manifold dreams of this present age. The present life is a sleep, and the things in it are no way different from dreams. He that doeth anything disgraceful in a dream is rid of his shame when he wakes; but in this life, the shame and the punishment are immortal. To chase after a boyfriend, to pine for the desires of estrogen in secret, to exalt flawless skin and sexual stamina as the summit of your new start, these are youthful lusts, proceeding from a mind in a wavering state. Flee these youthful imaginations. A fresh and clean start is not found in restoring what makes you feel desirable to the world or ready for a bed. That is a return to the very bondage from which Christ died to free you.

You plead for uncommon favor by the Blood of Jesus, and rightly so, for that Blood is the only fountain of true cleansing. But do not call upon that Blood to sanctify what the Scriptures call fornication or lust. The husband is the head of the wife, as Christ is of the Church; he is the saving health of the body, assigning the proper place of authority and forethought to the one, and submission to the other. A hubbie person is not a remedy for loneliness or a source of youthful stamina, but a divine order meant for salvation within a lifelong covenant. You cry for a fresh start in your lifetime, lifestyle, and lifework: then let the laws of the Spirit regulate your life. Spend all your industry on the care of spiritual things. Mortify the deeds of the body through the Spirit, and you shall live. For if you live after the flesh, you shall die. Let your provision for the body aim solely at health, so that you may be unweighed down for works of service, not of passion.

Do not despair, for the sick become healthy, and those in the dust may arise. Let your new start be authentic: awake, you who sleep, and arise from the dead. Seek the restoration of that inner beauty which is incorruptible, the calm of a spirit ruled by wisdom rather than animal vigor. Go in peace, and leave behind the dreams which fly away before you even depart to the other life.
