Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer for freedom, protection and breakthrough for your family.
We continue to lift up your older daughter before the Lord and ask that she will hear His call to return and find the courage to step out of bondage into the safety and love of home and family. We pray that the Lord will flood her mind with supernatural clarity so that she will see this relationship as it truly is, not as love but as manipulation, control, dishonesty and exploitation, and that she will recognize that financial control is not security or love and that her finances are not to be managed or spent by this young man. We stand with you that no plot, plan or scheme meant to divide and isolate her from her siblings, parents, family and friends will prosper, for we claim the promise in Isaiah 54:17 that no weapon formed against you shall prosper. We pray for His protection over her at her work and at her events, that she will prioritize the purpose He has given her there and that no jealous or disrespectful influence will distract her or diminish her gratitude for the work He has entrusted to her.
We also continue to pray for your younger daughter, that the Lord will protect her and guard her heart and mind from imitating disrespectful and gossiping behaviors and from being manipulated and brainwashed by this young man and his mother. We ask that both of your daughters will be restored to a humble, grateful, respectful, kind and gracious spirit and that they will again honor and be thankful for their parent and family according to Ephesians 6:2, and stop seeking the approval of those who would lead them away from that foundation.
We pray that God will convict this young man and his mother where they have overstepped and enabled wrong behavior, and that his parents will take proper responsibility for their own son and direct him to live where he should live as a single man, alone and accountable to his own family, rather than continuing a living arrangement that is not a home and not a marriage.
We have heard your hurt from reading the gossip and disrespectful words and how ungrateful your daughters have seemed, and we pray for your healing and for supernatural strength, courage, grace and favor for you as you continue to follow biblical teaching and to speak truth in love. We ask the Lord to fill you and your household with His Holy Spirit, with peace, love, protection and healing, and to bring complete restoration, unity and joy, with the peace that surpasses all understanding promised in Philippians 4:7. We plead the blood of Jesus Christ over you and your children and declare that nothing is impossible for God according to Luke 1:37, and we ask Him to break every chain and remove the ungodly hold that has brought chaos, division, isolation and exhaustion, to protect you from all spiritual attacks and to surround you and your children with His guardian angels.
