Beloved of All
Please pray for my daughter who is in a toxic relationship. This relationship has opened doors to deception, financial exploitation, and spiritual bondage, and I pray that the Lord would break every chain. Lord, I remove the rebellion, control, and ungodly influence of this young man and his mother. My daughter is a child of the Most High God, and she does not need to conform to this young man and his family ways or seek their approval. I pray that her eyes would be opened to the truth, that this man is not her husband, he is not a shepherd, nor is he ready for the responsibilities of marriage. The burden she carries for him is not hers to bear, and I ask the Lord to remove every false sense of obligation from her heart. Father, I ask that You would gently but firmly remove her from this toxic bondage. Break the stubbornness in her heart and replace it with a hunger for righteousness. Let her see the harm this relationship is causing, financially, spiritually, and emotionally. I pray that she would no longer defend this man or desire to live with him outside of marriage. Instead, draw her back to the safety of Your will, the support of her family, and the fellowship of her church. I pray that she will stop honoring the young man and his family. I ask Lord, that she honors You, her parents and be thankful for her family again. I declare that she will not be swayed by the ungodly selfish counsel of this woman, who has overstepped her bounds and sought to replace me as her mother and taking her on a dark path and away from her church home. I pray that the Lord would expose her motives, her disrespect, jealousy and frustrate every plan she has to divide or corrupt my family. Lord, I pray that You will block all their plots, plans and scheme to cause chaos, isolation and division in our upcoming holiday seasons and fellowship. Lord, I ask that my daughter will see her supportive family in Your eyes not in the eyes of this young man and his mother. I pray for godly spouses for my daughters, men who will love them as Christ loves the church, lead them in righteousness, and honor the covenant of marriage as You intended. Jesus declare that every plan of the enemy to divide, isolate, or destroy my family will fail. The Lord fights for me, and He will restore what has been broken. I pray that my home would be a beacon of His light, drawing others to the love and grace found only in Jesus. I plead the blood of Jesus Christ over me and my children. No weapon formed against her shall prosper. In Jesus name, I pray. Amen.

We join you in lifting up your daughter and your family before the throne of grace, and we stand with you in agreement for her freedom and restoration in Jesus' name. We hear the burden you carry as a mother who sees the deception, financial exploitation, and spiritual bondage that has come through this toxic relationship, and we commend you for interceding so faithfully and for discerning what is not of the Lord.

We agree with you that no child of God is called to conform to ungodly ways or to seek approval from those who would lead her away from truth. As it is written, Romans 12:2 Don't be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what is the good, well-pleasing, and perfect will of God. And 2 Corinthians 6:14 Don't be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what fellowship has light with darkness? When a relationship is marked by control, rebellion, financial exploitation and spiritual heaviness, it is not reflecting the shepherding, selfless love that God intends for marriage.

You are right to pray that her eyes would be opened, for we know the enemy blinds and deceives. John 8:32 You will know the truth, and the truth will make you free. We pray that the Lord would gently but firmly remove every veil, that she would see clearly that this young man is not her husband, is not prepared to be a godly husband, and is not ready to bear the responsibilities of marriage as God designed it. Marriage is a lifelong covenant between a man and a woman, and a godly man is called to love his wife even as Christ also loved the assembly and gave himself up for it, Ephesians 5:25. A boyfriend should be a suitor in courtship with the goal of marriage to a fellow believer, not someone who drains, controls, or leads away from family and church.

We must also address with love and truth what you mentioned about her desire to live with him outside of marriage. The Word of God is clear that sex before and outside of marriage is fornication and is sin against God and against one's own body. 1 Corinthians 6:18 Flee sexual immorality! Every sin that a man does is outside the body, but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body. And Ephesians 5:3 But sexual immorality, and all uncleanness or covetousness, let it not even be mentioned among you, as becomes saints. We rebuke that deception that would tell her this is love or that cohabitation is acceptable, and we pray she will hunger for righteousness instead of defending what harms her spiritually, emotionally, and financially. The burden she carries for this young man and his family is not hers to bear, and we ask the Lord to lift every false sense of obligation and replace stubbornness with a soft, teachable heart that honors You.

We also stand with you regarding the ungodly influence of this young man's mother. Scripture calls children to honor their father and mother, Exodus 20:12 Honor your father and your mother, that your days may be long in the land which Yahweh your God gives you, and it is not right for another woman to overstep, sow division, and seek to replace a mother's godly place or to draw your daughter away from her church home and family fellowship. We pray the Lord would expose every motive of disrespect, jealousy, manipulation and control, and frustrate every plan meant to divide, isolate, or corrupt your family. Galatians 5:1 Stand firm therefore in the liberty by which Christ has made us free, and don't be entangled again with a yoke of bondage. And James 4:7 Be subject therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.

We join you in praying for godly spouses for your daughters, men who will love them as Christ loves the church, lead them in righteousness, provide, protect, and honor the covenant of marriage as God intended, rather than exploit or conform them to selfish ways. We pray that your home would indeed be a beacon of His light and that the Lord would restore what has been broken, for He promises Joel 2:25 I will restore to you the years that the swarming locust has eaten. And we declare with you Isaiah 54:17 No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that rises against you in judgment. This is the heritage of Yahweh's servants, and their righteousness is of me, says Yahweh.

So we pray together now. Father in heaven, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ we come before You and plead the blood of Jesus over this mother and her children. Lord, break every chain of deception, financial exploitation, and spiritual bondage that has held this daughter. Open her eyes to see the truth, remove rebellion and stubbornness and give her a hunger for Your righteousness. Convict her heart about fornication and living outside of marriage and turn her heart back to purity and to Your will. Lift every false burden and obligation from her, and draw her back to the safety of Your will, to the love and support of her family, and to the fellowship of her church. We ask that You block every plot, plan and scheme of the enemy to cause chaos, isolation and division in this family, especially in the coming holiday seasons, and let every plan of the enemy to divide or destroy this family fail. Expose and frustrate the ungodly counsel that has sought to lead her down a dark path, and restore in her a thankful heart that honors You and honors her parents as You command. Give this mother peace, wisdom, and strength to continue to stand in love and truth without growing weary, trusting that You fight for her. Heal what has been wounded, restore what has been stolen, and prepare godly husbands for her daughters in Your perfect timing. We thank You that You hear us because we come only through Jesus Christ, for there is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved and have access to Your throne. We trust You for complete freedom and restoration. In Jesus' name we pray, Amen.

We hear the ache in your prayer as a mother who loves her daughter deeply and wants to see her free, clear-eyed, and at peace again. Carrying this kind of worry for months, especially with financial strain and tension around family and church, is exhausting, and we are standing with you in it.

What you described about a false sense of obligation is so understandable. When someone we love is entangled with another person and family, it can be hard for them to tell where their own values and choices end and someone else's expectations begin. Healthy boundaries are like a property line that helps us know what is ours to carry and what is not. They don't push love away, they actually keep love free, so a person can stay connected while still being able to say yes and no honestly. That freedom is what you are praying for for your daughter.

One steady next step that may help you is to sit down with your pastor or a trusted, mature couple in your church and talk through how to stay lovingly connected to your daughter while setting clear, kind expectations for your home, your finances, and the holidays. Having another calm voice with you can make it easier to speak truth in love, to step back from taking on burdens that are not yours, and to keep the door open for her without getting pulled into chaos.

Father, we lift this mother and her daughters to You. Guard this daughter and draw her gently toward wisdom, safety, and Your will. Comfort this mom, give her discernment and rest, and let her home be filled with Your peace. Lead this family step by step in the days ahead. In Jesus' name, amen.

Your prayer for your daughter has been heard and carried with great tenderness before the throne of grace, and we join our hearts with yours in seeking the Lord for her freedom and restoration.

We do not ask the Lord to bless what is outside His holy will, for we know that marriage is His good ordinance, a lifelong covenant of one man and one woman, and that living together and the privileges of marriage belong within that covenant alone. To defend or continue in what is contrary to His word brings only bondage, and so we pray not for the prospering of this relationship, but for deliverance from it.

There is a word of comfort for you in this trial. Deliverance from sin and from the power of darkness is solely by the power of God. It is not of him that wills, nor of him that runs, but of God that shows mercy. He must bring forth His people, and when the Lamb was slain the way of ransom was found. The Lord Himself has said, I have found a ransom. There is hope in this, for what you cannot break, the Lord can. What stubbornness will not yield to persuasion, His grace can subdue with a look, as when the Lord looked upon Peter and severed him from the crowd and brought him to repentance and restoration. One look from Christ can do what many counsels cannot.

We pray with you that the Lord would open your daughter's eyes to the truth, that He would break every chain of deception, financial exploitation and spiritual bondage, and remove every false sense of obligation that is not hers to bear. May He take away stubbornness of heart and give in its place a hunger for righteousness, that she may see clearly the harm wrought spiritually, emotionally and in practical things, and may no longer desire to live outside the safety of His will. May she be drawn back to honor the Lord, to honor her parents according to His commandment, to be thankful for her family, and to love again the fellowship of her church home.

We pray that every ungodly counsel that would divide and isolate, every plan that would sow jealousy and disrespect and seek to replace a mother's rightful place, would be exposed and frustrated by the Lord. We ask that He would guard your home and your coming seasons of holiday fellowship, that no scheme to cause chaos or division would prosper, and that your home would be kept in peace within its borders.

It is a glorious thing to have a well in the family where in prayer with the children you can bring all the necessities of the household before God, and we encourage you to continue there, mentioning your daughter by name, laying each trouble before Him who hears. He has not shut His ear to the cry of a parent. He is the God who delivers and then enriches, who restores the wanderer and afterwards uses the restored one to strengthen the brethren.

We join you in praying for godly spouses for your daughters, men who will love as Christ loves the church and lead in righteousness and honor the covenant of marriage as God intended. Until that day, may your daughter be kept pure, discerning, and content in the Lord's will.

We plead with you the blood of Jesus Christ, the only ransom and the only hope of salvation, for there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved. No weapon formed against your child shall prosper when she is hidden in Him. May the Lord fight for you and restore what has been broken, that you may live to declare the works of the Lord, and tell what He has done in delivering your household from the pit.

We will continue to bear you and your daughter up before the Lord, that He who has begun a good work would perfect it to His glory. Amen.
