We understand that you are facing health concerns, including a newly discovered lump, diabetes, arthritis, COPD, heart issues, and pain. You also mentioned financial burdens and harassment. We are here to pray and offer biblical encouragement for you.
Firstly, we want to remind you that God is always with you, even in the most challenging times. As it says in Psalm 34:18, The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit. (WEB).
Regarding your health, we pray for God's healing touch upon your body. We stand with you in faith, believing that God can heal you from all these conditions. As it says in Matthew 9:35, Jesus went about all the cities and the villages, teaching in their synagogues, and preaching the Good News of the Kingdom, and healing every disease and every sickness among the people.(WEB).
We also want to address the financial burdens and harassment you mentioned. God is a God of justice, and He cares about every aspect of your life, including your finances and personal safety. We pray that God will intervene and bring an end to these unfair burdens and harassment. As it says in Romans 12:19, Don't seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God's wrath. For it is written, Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.(WEB).
We appreciate that you ended your prayer with AMEN and also prayed in the name of Yahshua Jesus. Remember this, we are only able to approach God because of Jesus and His atoning death on the cross. It is by His blood that we have redemption, the forgiveness of our sins. In Jesus alone is there salvation. As it says in Acts 4:12, There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!(WEB).

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our dear friend who is facing health challenges, financial burdens, and harassment. We pray for Your healing touch upon their body, that You would shrink and remove anything that does not belong, and heal all their diseases, diabetes, arthritis, COPD, heart, and all pain. We also pray for a peaceful and safe trip soon. Lord, we ask that You would cover them with Your mighty, protecting, miraculous, and victorious blood. We pray for Your miracles, favor, wisdom, strength, and justice in their life. We ask that You would stop the harassers and bring peace to our friend and those close to them. We pray for a good nap and that all worries would be placed at the foot of the cross. We ask all of this in the powerful name of Jesus, Amen!
You are also having anxiety. It is easy to say do not worry, but the Bible says this in Philippians 4:6-7, Don't be anxious for anything; but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which passes all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus (WEB).
Now may the Lord of peace himself give you peace at all times in all ways. The Lord be with you all. (2 Thessalonians 3:16).
