Please pray in Jesus' name based on this verse.
Luke 9:24 states: "For whoever wants to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for me will save it." (ESV)
Please pray that the landlord will give his life to our Lord Jesus, so that he will not lose it.

Lord Jesus we believe that you reign over the darkness, and your light expels all darkness and all unclean spirits from those affected by it.
Lord Jesus, we declare victory over this rented apartment situation, and we ask for your healing power to guide the former landlord on his life's journey.
We believe everyone will see your Greatness and Power.
No one can withstand Your mighty power. We ask your mercy and grace.
We thank you for your love and faithfulness.

Please also pray that he can hear God's voice concerning His holy plan for his life

Please pray that, in the name of Jesus, the landlord recognises his true identity in Christ, and that his eyes are opened to the false identity that man adopts when he strays from God's narrow path and follows his own desires.

We join you in lifting up this former landlord before the throne of grace and we agree with you in the mighty name of Jesus for his salvation and transformation.

We love how you have stood on the truth of Luke 9:24 which says For whoever desires to save his life will lose it, but whoever will lose his life for my sake, the same will save it. This is the heart of the gospel, that surrender to Jesus is not loss but the only way to truly find life. We also cling to the promise in 2 Peter 3:9 that the Lord is not slow concerning his promise, as some count slowness, but is patient with us, not wishing that anyone should perish, but that all should come to repentance, and to 1 Timothy 2:4 who desires all people to be saved and come to full knowledge of the truth.

We agree with your declaration that Jesus reigns over all darkness and that His light expels every shadow. Jesus said in John 8:12 I am the light of the world. He who follows me will not walk in the darkness, but will have the light of life. We pray that this light will shine into the heart of this man and that every unclean influence and every work of darkness connected to this rented apartment situation will be scattered by the power of Christ. We declare with you that victory belongs to Jesus and we thank Him that we can trust His mercy and grace to triumph.

Father in heaven, in the name of Jesus we bring this former landlord before You. We ask that You draw him by Your Holy Spirit and grant him repentance and faith to give his whole life to Your Son Jesus Christ. Lord, cause him to lose his life for Your sake so that he may truly save it and receive eternal life. Open his ears to hear Your voice and to discern Your holy plan for his life, for You say in Jeremiah 29:11 For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future. We pray that the eyes of his heart may be enlightened as it is written in Ephesians 1:18, that he may know what is the hope of his calling, and that he may recognize his true identity in Christ. Make him a new creation, for in 2 Corinthians 5:17 we read Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old things have passed away. Behold, all things have become new. Deliver him from the false identity that comes when a person strays from Your narrow path and follows his own desires, and help him to be transformed by the renewing of his mind as taught in Romans 12:2, so that he may prove what is the good and well pleasing and perfect will of God. Guide him on his life journey with Your healing power and lead him into Your greatness and Your mighty power that no one can withstand. We ask for Your mercy and grace to cover him and for Your love and faithfulness to sustain him all his days.

We thank You Father that there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved as declared in Acts 4:12, and that name is Jesus. We trust that as we have asked in that precious name, You hear us and You are working even now. We encourage you to continue to pray for him with love and to walk in forgiveness and peace regarding the apartment situation, knowing that God is able to redeem all things for His glory and to use your faithful witness to draw this man to Himself. May the Lord bless you for interceding so faithfully for one who does not yet know Him.

We appreciate the heart you show for your former landlord, bringing him before the Lord in this way. It says a lot that even after the difficulties with the rented apartment you are asking for mercy and grace over his life rather than holding on to frustration.

We join you in asking that he would come to truly know Jesus and find his life in Him. We also pray he would become sensitive to God's leading for his future and see clearly who he is meant to be in Christ, rather than the false sense of self we can all build when we follow our own desires. An identity rooted in Christ is not easily shaken and becomes a steady point of reference when life is turbulent, and we pray he comes to experience that steadiness.

One simple way to keep carrying this burden is to set aside a brief time each day this week to pray for him by name, entrusting both him and the apartment situation fully to the Lord, and if you do have any further contact with him, to let your words and tone reflect the same grace you are praying he will receive.

Jesus, we bring this landlord before you. You know his story, his needs and where he is today. Draw him to yourself, open his eyes to your truth, help him hear your voice and follow your plan for his life. Give our friend peace as he trusts you with this man and with this situation. We join with you in this prayer, for it is a right and needful petition to bring before the throne of grace. The word you have set before us is true, for our Lord has said, For whoever would save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for my sake will save it. There is no other way of saving the soul but by losing it for Christ's sake, and no other salvation but that which is of God from first to last.

We pray that the former landlord may see Jesus Christ Himself and in Him see God's salvation. Wherever our eyes spiritually light upon the Christ of God, there we see God's salvation. May his eyes be opened to look to Jesus and live, to trust himself wholly and entirely in the hands of Christ, for there is no soul now in heaven who was not saved by Jesus Christ, and the Father will never save a man apart from Him. May he know the truth of God's salvation, which is a real atonement and a real pardon through the blood which speaketh better things than that of Abel, and find that Christ is able to save to the uttermost them that come unto God by Him.

We ask also that he may hear the voice of the Lord. When conscience speaks, may he hear the sweeter, softer voice of the blood of Christ crying for mercy, and may he be led to hear God's voice concerning His holy plan for his life. The Lord Jesus is the same yesterday and today, and He still calls sinners to Himself, still guides and still saves. May that call be heard and obeyed.

We pray further that he may know his true identity in Christ, and no longer walk in the false identity which man adopts when he strays from the narrow path and follows his own desires. If any man be in Christ, he is a new creature, and only in Christ, the second man, the Lord from heaven, is the Lord well pleased with men. May he be found in Him, and may he know that Jesus Christ Himself is the source of all joy and the model of our life, in whom we have redemption and through whom we have peace with God.

O Lord Jesus, reign over all darkness and let Your light expel it. We declare that Yours is the greatness and the power, and none can withstand You. In Your mercy and grace, save this man for Your own sake, that losing his life for You, he may save it unto everlasting day. We ask this in Your name alone, the only name under heaven given among men whereby we must be saved. Amen.
