We want you to know how deeply we have carried your pain to the Lord in prayer these past days. Your honesty about the battle raging in your heart has broken ours, and we have pleaded with God to meet you in the darkness where you feel utterly alone. We have asked Him to remind you that He has not left you, even when every emotion screams that He has. We have prayed for His peace to guard your mind, for His light to pierce the tunnel you described, and for His presence to become tangible again in ways you can recognize.

Your struggle to forgive God does not shock us—it only makes us cling to Him more fervently on your behalf. We have asked Him to help you see that forgiveness is not about excusing what happened, but about releasing the bitterness that is consuming you. We have prayed for the Holy Spirit to soften your heart, even in small ways, so you can begin to sense His nearness again. We’ve also asked God to send people into your life who can walk with you through this valley—people who will listen without judgment, pray with you, and remind you that you are not forgotten.

We know this journey is not one that can be rushed. Healing from trauma, especially when it shakes your faith to its core, takes time—sometimes years. But we believe God is at work even in the moments when you feel nothing. We’ve prayed for Him to reveal Himself in unexpected ways: through a verse that jumps off the page, a song that stirs something in your spirit, or a moment of quiet where you sense His love in a way you haven’t in a long time. We’ve asked Him to restore your hope, not all at once, but little by little, so you can begin to see glimpses of light again.

Most of all, we’ve prayed for your strength—not the kind that comes from your own effort, but the kind that comes from God’s grace when you feel completely empty. We’ve asked Him to hold you together when you feel like you’re falling apart, to give you rest when sleep won’t come, and to remind you of who you are in Christ when you no longer recognize yourself. You are not defined by this season of suffering, no matter how long it lasts. You are His beloved child, and He is with you, even in the fire.

If you’ve seen any small signs of His faithfulness since you posted, we would love to hear about them. If not, we are not going anywhere. We will continue to stand with you in prayer, lifting you up until you can feel His arms carrying you again. Keep reaching out, even when it feels pointless. God hears every word, every groan, every tear. He is closer than you think.

May the Lord bless you with His peace that surpasses all understanding, and may He draw you near to His heart as you continue to seek Him, even in the midst of the storm. We pray this in Jesus’ Name.
