Forgiveness

We are grateful to God for your honesty and your desire to seek forgiveness. The Bible tells us that if we confess our sins, God is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness 1 John 1:9 (WEB). Looking at inappropriate material is a sin and it is called lust. Jesus said, But I tell you, that everyone who looks at a woman to lust after her has committed adultery with her already in his heart Matthew 5:28 (WEB).
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, confessing this sin of looking at inappropriate material. We acknowledge that this is a sin in Your sight and we repent, turning away from this behavior. Lord, forgive us for this sin. Purify our hearts and minds.
Help us to honor our bodies as the temple of the Holy Spirit, knowing that we are bought with a price 1 Corinthians 6:19-20 (WEB). Guide us to live lives full of purity and holiness, pleasing to You. Give us strength through Your Holy Spirit to overcome any temptation that may come our way.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to take practical steps to avoid such temptations in the future. This could include setting up accountability measures, using internet filters, and actively seeking God's help in maintaining purity. Remember, God will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear, and He will provide a way out so that you can endure it 1 Corinthians 10:13 (WEB).
Lastly, we gently remind you that it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. It is only by believing in Jesus Christ's death and resurrection that we can be saved. There is no other name by which we can be saved Acts 4:12 (WEB). If you have not already done this, then we encourage you to call on Jesus Christ to save you from your sins and make Him Lord of your life Romans 10:13 (WEB).

God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
