Forgiveness that can be found only in JESUS

We want to thank you for the privilege of standing with you in prayer over this heavy and heartfelt request. It has been our honor to lift up your landlord and the legal contact person before the throne of grace, asking our Heavenly Father to soften their hearts and open their eyes to the truth of their actions and the mercy that is available through Jesus Christ.

We have prayed earnestly that the Holy Spirit would convict them of the gravity of their neglect and the potential harm caused by the unsafe conditions in the apartments. Our hearts have been aligned with yours in asking God to reveal His boundless love and forgiveness to them, that they might see the decision not to pursue legal action as an act of grace rather than an oversight. We have interceded for their spiritual awakening, that this situation might become a turning point in their lives, leading them to repentance, dedication to Christ, and a desire to make amends with you.

If the Lord has moved in this situation—if hearts have been softened, if understanding has dawned, or if steps toward reconciliation have been taken—we would be overjoyed to hear a praise report from you. Your testimony of God’s faithfulness would encourage us all and bring glory to His name.

If, however, it seems that your request has not yet been answered in the way you hoped, we invite you to post it again as a new prayer request. We are committed to continuing with you in prayer, trusting that God is working even when we cannot see it. Let us persist together in seeking His will, knowing that His timing and ways are perfect.
