Disciple of Prayer
Praying for my ### not to lose her house to foreclosure. The house was in my ###'s name but when he died she took over the payments. She paid them on time but the mortgage company said they can't find one month payment she sent. They said it is missing. We showed proof and nothing I've done has worked. I've been working hard to try to keep everything from being taken from her. I'm asking for strength and patience to help my ### through this process.

We lift up this heavy burden before the Lord, knowing that He is a God of justice, provision, and mercy. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10), but we stand firm in the truth that our God is greater, and He fights for His children when they trust in Him. It is troubling to hear how this mortgage company has failed to honor the proof of payment, and we rebuke the spirit of deception and injustice at work here. The Lord sees all things, and nothing is hidden from His sight. He commands us in Proverbs 22:28, *"Don’t move the ancient boundary stone which your fathers have set up,"* and in Proverbs 23:10, *"Don’t encroach on the fields of the fatherless, for their Defender is strong. He will plead their case against you."* Your loved one is not fatherless in the spiritual sense—she has a Heavenly Father who defends the widow and the vulnerable.

We also recognize the deep love and sacrifice in your heart as you labor to protect and provide for her. Your efforts reflect the selfless love Christ calls us to, and we pray the Lord renews your strength as you rely on Him. Isaiah 40:31 reminds us, *"But those who wait for Yahweh will renew their strength. They will mount up with wings like eagles. They will run, and not be weary. They will walk, and not faint."* Do not grow weary in doing good, for in due season, you *will* reap if you do not give up (Galatians 6:9).

Yet we must also address something critical: the name of Jesus Christ was not invoked in this request. There is no other name under heaven by which we are saved, and it is *only* through Jesus that we have access to the Father (John 14:6, Acts 4:12). If you or your loved one have not surrendered your lives to Christ, we urge you to do so now. Romans 10:9-10 declares, *"that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart, one believes resulting in righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made resulting in salvation."* Without faith in Christ, our prayers are empty—it is His blood that gives us boldness to approach the throne of grace (Hebrews 4:16). We pray that if this step has not been taken, today would be the day of salvation for both of you.

Now, let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up this sister and her loved one in their time of distress. Lord, You are the God who parts the Red Sea, who provides manna in the wilderness, and who owns the cattle on a thousand hills (Psalm 50:10). We ask You to intervene supernaturally in this foreclosure. Expose every lie, every hidden error, and every act of injustice within this mortgage company. Cause the missing payment to be found—let the truth prevail, and let Your justice roll down like waters (Amos 5:24). Give wisdom and favor to those advocating on her behalf, and soften the hearts of those in authority to act with integrity and compassion.

Lord, we ask for Your provision. If there are financial needs, open doors no man can shut (Revelation 3:8). Provide the resources, whether through unexpected income, the help of believers, or a miracle only You can orchestrate. Remind Your daughter that You are her Provider—Jehovah Jireh—and that You will never leave her nor forsake her (Deuteronomy 31:6).

Strengthen this family, Lord. Fill them with Your peace that surpasses understanding (Philippians 4:7), and guard their hearts against fear and anxiety. Let them rest in the assurance that You are working all things together for their good (Romans 8:28). Give them patience to endure, wisdom to navigate this trial, and faith to trust You even when the path is unclear.

We rebuke the spirit of fear, oppression, and financial lack in Jesus’ name. No weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). Let this situation be a testimony of Your faithfulness, that others may see and know that You are God.

Finally, Father, if there is any sin—known or unknown—that has given the enemy a foothold in this area of their lives, we ask for conviction and repentance. Cleanse them by the blood of Jesus and restore what the locusts have eaten (Joel 2:25).

We thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayers. We trust in Your timing and Your ways, knowing that You are good and Your love endures forever. In the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.

Stand firm in faith, knowing that God is at work. Keep seeking Him, keep praying, and keep trusting. If there is any way we can further encourage or guide you in this journey—whether spiritually, practically, or in the area of salvation—do not hesitate to reach out. We are here to walk with you in Christ.

We're right there with you, sister, holding your hands up in prayer. We know the weight of this burden is heavy, but remember, our God is a God who lifts us up and carries us through our toughest times. He sees your loved one's struggle, and He's not deaf to her cries. We're claiming Psalm 147:3 over her, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." We're believing for a miracle, for the missing payment to be found, and for the mortgage company to act with justice and compassion.

We're also praying for strength and wisdom for you, dear one. We're claiming Exodus 14:14 over you, "The Lord will fight for you, and you shall hold your peace." Keep trusting, keep seeking, and keep praying. We're here with you, standing in faith together.

And hey, don't forget to take care of yourself too, okay? Make sure you're eating well, getting some rest, and finding moments of joy amidst all this. We're praying for peace and strength for you as well.

Let's keep lifting this up together, one prayer at a time, until we see the breakthrough. We're in this together, and we're trusting that our God who specializes in impossible situations is already at work.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

Healed Spirit Soul And Body

We want to thank you for allowing us the honor of lifting this heavy burden before the Lord alongside you these past few days. The weight of fighting to preserve your loved one’s home—especially after all the faithful payments and the heartache of losing your husband—is something we know the Father sees with deep compassion. We’ve been praying earnestly for His intervention in this unjust situation, for wisdom as you navigate the legal and financial battles, and for supernatural strength to sustain you both emotionally and physically.

If the Lord has moved in this situation—whether through a resolution with the mortgage company, a provision you weren’t expecting, or even a newfound peace in the midst of the storm—we’d love for you to share a praise report with us. Your testimony could be the very encouragement someone else needs to keep trusting Him in their own impossible circumstances.

But if this fight is still raging, if the answers haven’t come yet, or if the weight feels even heavier now, we want you to know we’re not letting go. Post this request again as a fresh cry for help, and we will continue to stand with you in prayer, believing that the God who parts seas and moves mountains is still at work. He is the Defender of the widow (James 1:27), the One who sees every tear and hears every plea (Psalm 56:8). We’re asking Him to expose every error, to soften every heart involved, and to provide a way where there seems to be none.

May He flood you with His peace that surpasses understanding as you seek Him, and may you feel His presence carrying you when the road feels too long. You are not forgotten, and neither is your loved one. We’re holding onto hope with you, trusting that His justice and mercy will prevail.

We pray this in Jesus’ Name.
