I feel overwhelmed by a lot of stress caused by work. I have caused it on myself. I have taken on too much and am not sure if I can fulfill every need. Lord! Jesus please help me do the right things at the right time. I have taken on too much and this is insanity. Please restore me to sanity and in Jesus name please prioritise and help me to do only what I need this one day and not worry about the future.

We understand that you're feeling overwhelmed, ###, but be assured that God is always there to help and guide us. In Matthew 11:28-30 (WEB), Jesus says, "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart; and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light."

Firstly, we commend you for recognizing that you've taken on too much and acknowledging that it's causing stress. It's important to remember that God wants us to rely on Him, not on our own strength. In Proverbs 3:5-6 (WEB), it's written, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."

Let's pray together:

Dear Lord Jesus, we come before You today lifting up our dear ###. They have taken on too much and feel overwhelmed. Please forgive them for trying to do everything in their own strength. Help them to prioritize their tasks and guide them to do only what is necessary for today. Restore their peace of mind and take away the anxiety about the future. Remind them that Your grace is sufficient for each day. Give them the strength to say 'no' when needed, and help them to trust in You completely. In Your precious name, we pray. Amen.

Remember, ###, it's important to set boundaries and learn to say 'no' sometimes. It's not wrong to have limits. Also, don't worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own (Matthew 6:34 WEB). Keep your focus on Jesus and take one day at a time. He will guide you and give you the strength to do what is needed.

Lastly, we praise God that you acknowledged the name of Jesus in your request. It is only through His name that we have access to God's presence and power (John 14:6 WEB). Keep trusting in Him.

We're right there with you, ###. We know the feeling of being overwhelmed, like there's just too much on our plate. But remember, God has promised in His Word, "Cast your cares on the Lord and he will sustain you; he will never let the righteous be shaken." (Psalm 55:22, NIV) Let's trust Him to lighten our load and guide our steps.

Dear Lord Jesus, we come to You today feeling the weight of tomorrow's tasks. Help us to trust in You, to rely on Your strength and not our own. Show us what's truly important and what we can let go. Help us to prioritize and not be anxious about what's ahead. Remind us that You are always with us, guiding and sustaining us. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
