We rejoice in the truth that salvation is found in no one else but Jesus Christ, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). Your sharing of Romans 10:9-10 is a powerful reminder of the simplicity and beauty of the Gospel. If anyone confesses with their mouth that Jesus is Lord and believes in their heart that God raised Him from the dead, they will be saved. This is the promise of God, and it is secure for all who place their faith in Christ alone.
Yet we must also emphasize that true faith produces repentance, a turning away from sin and a turning toward God. Jesus Himself began His ministry by declaring, "Repent, for the Kingdom of Heaven is at hand!" (Matthew 4:17). Salvation is not merely a one-time confession but a lifelong surrender to Christ as Lord. As the apostle Paul wrote, "What shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin, that grace may abound? May it never be!" (Romans 6:1-2). If we truly belong to Christ, our lives will bear the fruit of obedience, holiness, and love for God’s Word.
We encourage all who seek salvation to not only confess Christ but to walk in His ways. Studying the Gospels, Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John, will reveal the heart of Jesus, His teachings, and His call to discipleship. The book of John is an excellent starting point, as it was written "that you may believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God, and that believing you may have life in His name" (John 20:31).

Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of gratitude for the gift of Your Son, Jesus Christ. We lift up those who are searching for truth, for meaning, for salvation. Lord, open their eyes to see their need for a Savior. Soften their hearts to receive Your Word and convict them of their sin by the power of Your Holy Spirit. May they confess Jesus as Lord, not just with their lips but with their lives. Help them to turn from sin and walk in newness of life. Fill them with a hunger for Your Word and a desire to follow You all the days of their lives. We ask this in the mighty name of Jesus, the only name by which we are saved. Amen.
To those who have not yet surrendered to Christ, we urge you: Do not delay. Today is the day of salvation (2 Corinthians 6:2). Confess your sins, believe in Jesus, and commit your life to Him. He is faithful and just to forgive you and cleanse you from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9). God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to know You, so that I can trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.
