For those who are looking for salvation..

Beloved of All
For those who are looking for salvation.. Romans 10.9-10.. If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes and is justified, and with the mouth one confesses and is saved. Also confess and turn from your sins. Follow and obey Jesus Amen.. Read and study, Matthew, Mark, Luke, And John in the bible.. Start In the book of John.

We rejoice with you in the truth of Romans 10:9-10, for it is the very heart of the gospel: "that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart, one believes unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation." This is the foundation of our faith, salvation comes through faith in Jesus Christ alone, not by our own works, but by His grace.

Yet we must also emphasize that true repentance is essential. Jesus Himself began His ministry with the call: "Repent, for the Kingdom of Heaven is at hand!" (Matthew 4:17). Repentance means turning away from sin and turning toward God. It is not enough to merely confess Jesus as Lord with our lips; we must also surrender our lives to Him, allowing the Holy Spirit to transform us from within. As 1 John 1:9 tells us, "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness."

We encourage you to not only read the Gospels, Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John, but to meditate on them, allowing the Holy Spirit to speak to your heart. Begin in the book of John, as you suggested, for it beautifully reveals Jesus as the Son of God, the Lamb who takes away the sins of the world. But do not stop there. The entire Bible is God’s inspired Word, and it is through Scripture that we grow in wisdom, faith, and obedience.

If you have not yet made the decision to follow Christ, we urge you to do so today. There is no greater joy than knowing Him, no greater peace than being reconciled to God through His Son. If you have already confessed Jesus as Lord, we pray that you would continue to walk in obedience, growing in holiness and love for Him.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with humble hearts, thanking You for the gift of salvation through Your Son, Jesus Christ. Lord, we lift up those who are seeking You, those who are on the verge of surrendering their lives to You. We ask that You would draw them close, that You would open their eyes to see the truth of the gospel, and that You would soften their hearts to receive Your love. Father, we pray that they would confess Jesus as Lord, believe in His resurrection, and turn away from sin. Fill them with Your Holy Spirit, that they may walk in newness of life. For those who have already come to faith, we pray for a deepening of their relationship with You, that they would grow in wisdom, obedience, and love for Your Word. May they be lights in this dark world, shining the truth of the gospel for all to see. We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Savior and Lord. Amen.

To those who are seeking salvation, we say this: Do not delay. Today is the day of salvation (2 Corinthians 6:2). Surrender your life to Jesus, and He will give you eternal life, peace, and purpose. If you have already taken that step, continue to walk in faith, studying God’s Word, praying without ceasing, and living in a manner worthy of the calling you have received. The Christian life is not always easy, but it is always worth it, for Jesus has overcome the world (John 16:33).

We’re grateful for your heart to lift up those who are still searching. It’s a quiet, sacred ache when we know people who haven’t yet come home to Jesus, and your simple prayer request echoes a deep desire we share.

Sometimes the most practical next step is the one you’ve already named: get someone into the Gospel of John. We’ve seen how just sitting with a friend and reading it aloud, a chapter at a time, no pressure, can let the Spirit do what only he can do. The words themselves carry life; we don’t have to be teachers. You could simply invite someone, “I’ve been thinking about what really matters, and I’d love to read this with you, just to see what’s there.” That invitation honors the real inner work of conversion, the kind that isn’t just outer agreement but a whole heart turning toward Christ.

As you keep praying for those you care about, rest in knowing that their journey isn’t on your shoulders alone. God is always at work in ways we can’t see, often long before we speak. We’re joining you now in that quiet trust.

Jesus, you know each name on this heart, every person still searching, every heart still unsure. Open their eyes as they read your words. Let the truth of your death and resurrection become sure and steady within them. Give our friend courage and gentle wisdom to simply walk alongside those you are drawing. Thank you that you never stop seeking the lost. Amen.

There is no other way but this: confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead. That is the whole matter, and very simple it is. Yet see to it that your confession is not a mimicry, a mere fashion because others are doing it. Let your faith be your own, your repentance your own, your coming to Christ your own. Nobody can perform this for you. The least faith in Jesus, if it be true faith, is precious, more precious than jewels, though it be small as a grain of mustard seed. But I charge you, do not sever faith from repentance, for they are twins born into the soul together. True repentance is not a sour, bitter thing to be endured once and done with; it is a sweet companion that lives as long as faith. It makes a rainbow with her tears of grief for sin and her glances of hope at the love of Christ and His great finished work. That is the repentance which gives God glory and brings salvation.

Yet know this: we rest upon Jesus Christ crucified, and not upon our repentance or our faith as if they were conditions. Away with all conditions! Faith is the work of the Spirit, and it looks entirely to Christ. You read the Gospels, well, begin with John and see the Glory of the only-begotten of the Father. But let not your reading be a mere paint and varnish of profession; go to the fountain and drink. When faith has looked to Christ, then with the heart man believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. Do not hide your light. If you are timid and slow of speech, write it if you must, but speak it unmistakably: "I am the Lord's." Let your life be the loudest confession, yet do not dissociate the word from the action. Repent, believe, confess, and follow Him. The just shall live by faith. Hasten to Him who is all your salvation.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

You have rightly set before us the Apostle’s words, that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. This is the short word of faith that holds within it not only salvation but righteousness. Yet take care: the confession of the lips alone is not enough. Even the demons believe and tremble, and Christ Himself declared that not everyone who says to Him, “Lord, Lord,” shall enter the kingdom of heaven. What then is needed? A faith that is alive, bearing fruit in a changed life, a decisive turning from every sin, and a steady obedience to the commandments of God.

The baptism of repentance that John preached was for the remission of sins, but it pointed toward the full cleansing that comes only through the death and resurrection of Christ. So you must not only believe, but also repent. Let there be a genuine sorrow for sin, a humble confession, and an unwavering resolve to walk in newness of life. For if you truly believe that Christ is risen, you will share in the fellowship of His sufferings, becoming conformed to His death by putting to death the old man with its passions and lusts. This is the knowledge of Him that comes through faith, a knowledge not of words only but of a life poured out in love and self-denial.

And when you have begun, continue to the end. Do not think that a single moment of faith assures the prize apart from a faithful race. The word is near you, in your mouth and in your heart; therefore let it dwell richly within you by constant meditation. Study the holy Gospels, especially John, as you have resolved, for there you behold the glory of the Only-Begotten and hear the words of eternal life. But as you read, let the word search your heart and direct your steps. Add to your faith the remedies that heal the soul: fervent prayer, fasting, almsgiving, forgiveness of those who wrong you, and a contrite and humble heart. In all these ways you lay hold of the mercy of God and work out your salvation with fear and trembling.

Do not be like Thomas, who demanded to see and touch before he would believe. Blessed are they who have not seen and yet have believed. Yet if doubt assails you, cry out to the Lord, and in His compassion He will strengthen you, for He came to save even the one who is slow to trust. Let your confession be not a fleeting word but the constant breath of your life, so that on the last day you may be found in Him, not having a righteousness of your own from the law, but that which is through faith in Christ, the righteousness from God that depends on faith. Only take heed: faith without works is dead, and a right confession without a right life will only bring a heavier judgment. Flee from every evil, pursue every virtue, and so attain the salvation that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

It is good that you have turned to Romans 10. The heart of it all is right there: believe in your heart that God raised Jesus from the dead, and confess with your mouth that He is Lord. That is the promise God has given, and He always keeps His word. But those verses hold more than a first step; they describe a whole orientation of life.

A confession that saves is not just words spoken in a moment. To confess Jesus as Lord means bowing to His authority, submitting your will to His commands. If your mouth declares He is Lord but your feet walk in disobedience, the confession rings hollow. True faith starts inside, what you believe deep in your heart, and then it reshapes everything outside. It produces fruit. It changes how you live. That change is never the payment for your salvation, that was fully accomplished by Jesus on the cross, but it is the proof that genuine faith has taken root. A faith with no evidence, no transformation, is worth doubting. But a faith that rests entirely on Christ will show itself in a life that follows Him.

This faith is itself a gift. You did not muster it up by effort or deserve it by good deeds. By grace you are saved through faith, and even that faith is not your own doing. The Holy Spirit brings it to life through the word of God. That is why reading John’s Gospel, as you already sense, is so vital. Faith comes by hearing, and hearing through the word of Christ. As you read, you are not filling a quota or checking a box. You are putting yourself in the path where God’s Spirit creates and strengthens true belief.

Understand that the faith by which you are justified does not look to your own performance to stay saved. Having begun in the Spirit, you are not perfected now by your own flesh. Abraham believed God’s promise, and that faith was counted to him as righteousness. In the same way, your faith in Jesus Christ, the promised Messiah, His death and resurrection for you, is what makes you righteous before God. There is nothing to add. The work is finished. Your rest is not found in how well you are doing or how strong you feel, but in committing yourself fully to Him.

Feelings will come and go. You may have days of great certainty and days when faith feels thin. Even men of great faith in Scripture had lapses. That does not mean you have lost everything; it means you are a person who lives by trusting a promise, not by seeing everything clearly. The just shall live by faith. And the only place you will ever find true rest for your soul is in that faith, leaning your whole weight on the sufficiency of Jesus. So, turn from sin, yes, as a demonstration of a repentant heart, and follow Him in obedience, not to become saved but because you are saved. Stand on His word. It is the only ground that holds.
