Beloved of All
For those who are looking for salvation.. Romans 10.9-10.. If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes and is justified, and with the mouth one confesses and is saved. Also confess and turn from your sins Follow and obey Jesus Amen.. Read and study, Matthew, Mark, Luke, And John in the bible.. Start In the book of John.

We rejoice in the truth of Romans 10:9-10, which declares, "that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart, one believes unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation." This is the foundation of our faith, the beautiful simplicity of salvation through Jesus Christ alone. There is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12), and it is only through Him that we have access to the Father (John 14:6).

If you are seeking salvation, we encourage you to take that step of faith today. Confess your sins, turn away from them, and surrender your life to Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior. This is not merely a one-time prayer but the beginning of a lifelong journey of following Him, obeying His Word, and growing in relationship with Him. As you read the Gospels, Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John, you will come to know Jesus more intimately, see His love, His sacrifice, and His power over sin and death. Start with the book of John, as it beautifully reveals Jesus as the Son of God and the Lamb who takes away the sins of the world.

Let us pray together for those who are seeking salvation:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of gratitude for the gift of salvation through Your Son, Jesus Christ. We lift up those who are seeking You today, Lord. Draw them close to Your heart, open their eyes to see their need for a Savior, and soften their hearts to receive Your love. Help them to confess with their mouths that Jesus is Lord and to believe in their hearts that You raised Him from the dead. May they experience the joy of forgiveness, the peace of reconciliation with You, and the hope of eternal life.

Father, we ask that You would guide them as they begin to read Your Word, starting with the Gospel of John. Let the truth of who Jesus is penetrate their hearts and transform their lives. Surround them with believers who can encourage and disciple them in their walk with You. Help them to turn away from sin and to walk in obedience to Your will. May they grow in faith, love, and holiness, becoming a light to others who are also seeking You.

We rebuke any lies of the enemy that would seek to keep them in bondage to sin or doubt. We declare that they are Your children, redeemed by the blood of Jesus, and filled with the power of the Holy Spirit. Strengthen them, Lord, and lead them into all truth. In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

To those who have just surrendered their lives to Christ, we encourage you to find a local Bible-believing church where you can be baptized, grow in your faith, and fellowship with other believers. Baptism is an outward expression of the inward change that has taken place in your heart (Romans 6:4). It is also important to spend time in prayer and reading the Bible daily, as this is how you will grow in your relationship with God.

Remember, salvation is not about being perfect but about being forgiven and continually growing in grace. When you stumble, and we all do, confess your sins to God, and He is faithful and just to forgive you and cleanse you from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9). Walk in the freedom and victory that Christ has won for you!

Thank you for lifting up those who are searching for salvation, that’s a deep and beautiful concern to bring before God. We’re joining you in that hope.

When someone is truly looking, more is happening than just curiosity. The Spirit is already drawing them, and even the desire to confess Christ and turn from sin is evidence of that. We’ve seen that genuine repentance isn’t only about feeling sorrow or regret; it’s a change of mind that leads to a real change of direction. And faith isn’t about mustering a certain feeling, it’s a steady confidence in Jesus himself, something he gives and grows as we hear his words.

That’s why your suggestion to start in the Gospel of John is so wise. There, Jesus speaks plainly about who he is, and his encounters with people show how personal and life-giving faith can be. So, for anyone ready to take that step, we’d simply encourage them to read John with an open heart, maybe a chapter at a time, and talk to a trusted Christian who can walk alongside them. Sometimes the most powerful next move is simply saying out loud, “I believe, help my unbelief.”

Let’s pray together:

Lord Jesus, thank you that you are the Savior of everyone who calls on your name. We ask you to draw many to yourself right now, those who are searching, those who are ready to confess and turn. Give them clarity, courage, and a true experience of your mercy. Surround them with people who will welcome them and help them grow. And for all of us who pray, keep our own hearts tender toward those who are just beginning. Amen.

You have been stirring up souls to seek the Lord, and your own heart is longing over them. That is a blessed ache. You have set Romans chapter ten before their eyes, and you are telling them to confess with the mouth and believe in the heart. You are pointing them to the Gospels and urging them to begin with John. All of this is right and good, but I want to sit with you a moment and speak of the secret spring underneath it all. Your earnestness is clear, but sometimes in our zeal we begin to measure ourselves or others by how loudly we confess or how completely we feel we have turned from sin, and then anxiety slips in. Let me put a cup of cold water to your lips.

Faith is the first principle. It is the acorn, not the full-grown oak. If there is in the heart even a trembling faith, a mere resting upon Jesus as a babe rests upon its mother’s breast, that faith is the root of the matter. It will push up through the hard soil. It will put forth green shoots and in time it will bear fruit, confession, obedience, a changed life, but do not despise the day of small things. The person who can scarcely frame a word but looks to Christ with a wet eye is as truly saved as the one who boldly declares Him before thousands. It is not the strength of faith but the object of faith that saves, and that object is Christ alone.

You have wisely offered them a command to obey, for many a tender conscience cannot bring itself to believe until it hears the voice of authority. The gospel is not a mere invitation, it is a command from the God of Sinai. “Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ” is as much a divine order as “Thou shalt not steal.” Why is that such good news? Because it sweeps away every question about whether I may come. You may come. You may trust. You are commanded to do it, and that command is your permission. Tell them that, and watch the burden lift.

And as for turning from sin, never think of repentance as a sharp medicine you must drain to the dregs and then be done with. Sweet Sister Repentance walks hand-in-hand with faith all the way home. She weeps, but her tears are bright jewels. The most tender joy a believer ever knows often comes when he is low before the Lord, broken and soft, feeling both the weight of sin and the greater weight of mercy. That is not a bitter thing; it is a strangely sweet thing. Do not be afraid of tears in the seeking soul.

When you speak of confessing with the mouth, hold it gently. True confession is personal. It must spring up from the heart, not from the pressure of a meeting or the fashion of a crowd. A man may write it as gladly as speak it. A woman may own Christ by a quiet, steady life as clearly as by words. And the confession that God delights in is simply this: “I am the Lord’s.” It is a giving over of oneself to a new Master, a taking of His name as a bride takes her husband’s name, gladly, openly, without shame.

And obedience? Obedience is the highest courage, for it goes against the grain of this proud world. But it is not the obedience of a dog to the whip. It is the obedience of a child who loves his Father and trusts His wisdom. The yoke of Jesus is easy, and the burden he gives is light. As faith lays hold on the Lord, love furnishes the willing hands. He does not drive us with a stick; He draws us with a cord of love.

So let your heart be at rest for the seekers you are carrying. The very fact that they are looking is proof that the Good Shepherd is looking for them. Point them to the Light, and the Light will do its own work. Urge them to feed on the Bread of Life, not merely to read the menu but to eat. And leave the outcome with the One who has promised, “Him that cometh to me I will in no wise cast out.”

Lord Jesus, you are the Author and Finisher of faith. We bring before you every soul that is stirring toward you, those who cannot yet name the day of their new birth but who feel a strange, sweet hunger for the things of God. Quiet their fears. Show them that your arms are open. And for this dear friend who labors in prayer for them, grant a deep, abiding peace. Refresh their spirit with the joy of seeing sinners turned to you. Write your name upon their hearts and upon the hearts of those they love. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

We are deeply grateful that you entrusted us with the sacred privilege of standing in prayer alongside you for those seeking salvation. What a beautiful reminder of God’s promise in Romans 10:9-10—that when we confess with our mouths that Jesus is Lord and believe in our hearts that God raised Him from the dead, we are saved. We have lifted up this prayer with great hope, asking the Holy Spirit to draw hearts to repentance, to open eyes to the truth of the Gospel, and to guide seekers into a life surrendered to Christ.

If the Lord has already moved in mighty ways—if souls have been saved, if lives have been transformed, or if someone has taken their first steps in faith—we would be overjoyed to hear your praise report. Please share how God has answered so that we may rejoice together in His faithfulness.

If, however, the answer has not yet been made clear, we encourage you to post this request again so that we may continue to intercede with you. The work of salvation is the Lord’s, and we trust that He is at work even when we cannot see it. Let us keep praying with persistence, believing that God’s timing is perfect and His love is relentless.

May the Father continue to bless you as you faithfully proclaim His Word and point others to His Son. May He strengthen your own heart as you study the Gospels—Matthew, Mark, Luke, and especially John—and may you see the fruit of His Spirit in the lives of those you are praying for. We ask all these things in the powerful name of Jesus. Amen.
