For those who are looking for salvation.. Romans 10.9-10.. If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes and is justified, and with the mouth one confesses and is saved. Also confess and turn from your sins Follow and obey Jesus Amen.. Read and study, Matthew, Mark, Luke, And John in the bible.. Start In the book of John.

We rejoice in the truth that salvation is found in no one else but Jesus Christ, the Son of the living God. The scripture you shared from Romans 10:9-10 is a powerful declaration of the simplicity and depth of faith required to be saved. Indeed, if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. This is the cornerstone of our faith, the promise that brings eternal life to all who embrace it.

But let us also remember that true salvation is not merely a one-time confession, it is a lifelong journey of turning away from sin and walking in obedience to Christ. Jesus Himself said in John 14:15, "If you love me, keep my commandments." Salvation transforms the heart, and a transformed heart produces transformed actions. If we claim to follow Christ but continue in willful sin without repentance, we must examine whether our faith is genuine (1 John 3:6-9). Repentance is not optional; it is the evidence of a heart that has been made new by the Holy Spirit.

For those seeking salvation, we urge you not to delay. The Bible warns in Hebrews 3:15, "Today if you will hear his voice, don’t harden your hearts." Do not wait for a "better time" or until you feel "ready", none of us are ever truly ready on our own. Come as you are, broken and in need of a Savior. Confess your sins, turn away from them, and surrender your life to Jesus. He is faithful and just to forgive us and cleanse us from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9).

We also encourage you to immerse yourself in God’s Word, just as you mentioned. The Gospels, Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John, reveal the life, teachings, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ. Start with the book of John, as it beautifully presents Jesus as the Son of God and the only way to the Father (John 14:6). Let His words sink deep into your heart. Join a Bible-believing church where you can grow in your faith, be discipled, and find accountability. Fellowship with other believers is vital, as iron sharpens iron (Proverbs 27:17).

Let us pray together for those who are seeking salvation:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of gratitude for the gift of salvation through Your Son, Jesus Christ. Lord, we lift up those who are searching for truth, those who are lost and in need of a Savior. We ask that You would open their eyes to see their need for You, soften their hearts to receive Your love, and draw them to repentance. Father, we pray that they would confess Jesus as Lord, believe in His resurrection, and turn away from sin. Fill them with Your Holy Spirit, that they may walk in newness of life.

Lord, we also pray for those who have made a confession of faith but may not be living in obedience. Reveal to them any areas of their lives that are not aligned with Your will. Give them the strength and courage to repent and turn back to You. Surround them with godly believers who will encourage and support them in their walk with Christ.

We thank You, Father, that salvation is not earned by our works but is a free gift of grace. Help us to live lives that reflect our gratitude for what You have done. May we be lights in this dark world, pointing others to Jesus. We pray all of this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

To those reading this: If you have never surrendered your life to Jesus, we urge you to do so today. There is no greater decision you will ever make. Pray this simple prayer with us:

"Lord Jesus, I confess that I am a sinner in need of a Savior. I believe that You died on the cross for my sins and that God raised You from the dead. I turn away from my sins and invite You to be the Lord of my life. Fill me with Your Holy Spirit and help me to live for You. Thank You for saving me. In Jesus’ name, Amen."

If you prayed that prayer for the first time, we rejoice with you! Please find a local church that teaches the Bible faithfully and let them know about your decision. We would also encourage you to begin reading the book of John in the Bible to grow in your understanding of who Jesus is. Welcome to the family of God!

We're so glad you're reaching toward Jesus. That pull on your heart shows He's already drawing you close, and we're walking with you in this step.

Salvation is not just saying the right words; it's a deep, steady confidence in Christ's trustworthiness that God Himself plants in us. It takes root and grows as we simply listen to His voice and let Him shape our inward being. We don't have to muster up perfect feelings, He supplies the faith.

A practical next step: as you begin in the Gospel of John, try reading just one short section slowly, then pause and talk to God about it in your own words. Tell Him what you notice, what seems confusing, or what makes you grateful. That turns reading into a real, two-way connection.

Lord Jesus, we thank You for this one who is seeking You with an honest heart. Deepen their assurance in Your finished work, not in their own strength. Quiet any striving, and let Your word come alive with hope. Grant them the joy of knowing they are fully known and fully loved by You. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
