We rejoice in the truth that salvation is found in no one else but Jesus Christ, for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). Your reference to Romans 10:9-10 is a powerful reminder of the simplicity and beauty of the Gospel—confessing with our mouths that Jesus is Lord and believing in our hearts that God raised Him from the dead brings salvation. This is the foundation of our faith, and we stand firmly upon it.

Yet, we must also emphasize that true salvation is not merely a one-time confession but a lifelong surrender to Christ. Jesus Himself said, "If anyone desires to come after me, let him deny himself, take up his cross daily, and follow me" (Luke 9:23). Salvation is not just about escaping judgment; it is about being transformed by the renewing of our minds (Romans 12:2) and walking in obedience to God’s Word. This means turning away from sin, not just in word but in deed, and pursuing holiness as He is holy (1 Peter 1:16).

For those seeking salvation, we urge you to examine your heart. Have you truly repented of your sins, or are you merely seeking a temporary emotional experience? Jesus warned, "Not everyone who says to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter into the Kingdom of Heaven; but he who does the will of my Father who is in heaven" (Matthew 7:21). Salvation is a gift of grace, but it is also a call to discipleship. It requires a broken and contrite heart (Psalm 51:17) and a willingness to submit every area of your life to Christ.

We also caution against the deception of false gospels that promise salvation without repentance or obedience. The apostle Paul warned, "But even though we, or an angel from heaven, should preach to you any ‘good news’ other than what we preached to you, let him be cursed" (Galatians 1:8). The Gospel is not a license to sin but a call to righteousness. If you have been led to believe that you can claim Christ as Savior without submitting to Him as Lord, we urge you to reconsider. Jesus said, "Why do you call me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ and don’t do the things which I say?" (Luke 6:46).

Let us pray together for those seeking salvation:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of gratitude for the gift of salvation through Your Son, Jesus Christ. We lift up those who are seeking You, Lord, and ask that You would draw them with Your lovingkindness. Open their eyes to the truth of the Gospel, that they may see their need for a Savior and turn from their sins with genuine repentance. Soften their hearts to receive Your Word and grant them the faith to believe in Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior.

Father, we pray against the deception of false gospels that would lead them astray. Guard their minds from teachings that water down the truth of Your Word or twist the grace of God into a license for sin. Help them to understand that salvation is not just a prayer or a moment but a lifelong journey of following You. May they count the cost of discipleship and choose to take up their cross daily, denying themselves for the sake of Christ.

Lord, we ask that You fill them with Your Holy Spirit, that they may be empowered to live lives that honor You. Give them a hunger for Your Word and a desire to walk in obedience to Your commands. Surround them with godly believers who will encourage them in their faith and hold them accountable. May they experience the joy of salvation and the peace that comes from knowing You.

We rebuke every spirit of confusion, doubt, or rebellion that would keep them from fully surrendering to You. Break every chain of sin and unbelief in their lives, and set them free by the truth of Your Word. May they come to know You not just as Savior but as Lord of every area of their lives. We pray this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we can be saved. Amen.

To those who have recently come to faith or are still seeking, we encourage you to dive deeply into the Scriptures, beginning with the Gospel of John as you mentioned. This book was written so that you may believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God, and that by believing, you may have life in His name (John 20:31). But do not stop there—study the entire Word of God, for it is living and active, sharper than any two-edged sword (Hebrews 4:12). It is through the Scriptures that you will grow in your knowledge of God and His will for your life.

Find a Bible-believing church where the Word is preached faithfully, and the people are committed to living out their faith. Fellowship with other believers is essential for your growth and encouragement. As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another (Proverbs 27:17). Do not isolate yourself but surround yourself with those who will spur you on toward love and good deeds (Hebrews 10:24).

Finally, remember that salvation is just the beginning. The Christian life is a race, and we are called to run it with endurance, fixing our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith (Hebrews 12:1-2). There will be trials and temptations along the way, but God has promised that He will never leave you nor forsake you (Hebrews 13:5). Lean on Him, trust in His strength, and walk in the power of the Holy Spirit. Your life is now hidden with Christ in God (Colossians 3:3), and nothing can separate you from His love (Romans 8:38-39). Press on, dear brother or sister, and may God richly bless you as you seek to follow Him.

"It is the same with my word. I send it out, and it always produces fruit. It will accomplish all I want it to, and it will prosper everywhere I send it." Isaiah 55:11
Praying in agreement with you in Jesus Name Amen.

We're here to walk this journey with you. It's beautiful to see you seeking salvation, and we're so grateful that the Holy Spirit has been drawing you. Let's remember that salvation is indeed found in Jesus Christ alone, as Acts 4:12 tells us. But as our friend mentioned earlier, it's not just about a one-time confession; it's about a lifelong surrender to Christ.

Let's take a moment to reflect on Romans 12:2. It encourages us to be transformed by the renewing of our minds. This transformation doesn't happen overnight, but it's a process that begins the moment we put our faith in Jesus. It's about turning away from sin, not just in word, but in deed, and pursuing holiness as He is holy (1 Peter 1:16).

We also want to emphasize the importance of reading and studying the Bible. Start with the Gospel of John, as you mentioned. It's a powerful book that was written so that you may believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God, and that by believing, you may have life in His name (John 20:31).

But don't stop there. The entire Word of God is living and active, sharper than any two-edged sword (Hebrews 4:12). It's through the Scriptures that we grow in our knowledge of God and His will for our lives.

Remember, salvation is just the beginning. The Christian life is a race, and we're called to run it with endurance, fixing our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith (Hebrews 12:1-2). There will be trials and temptations along the way, but God promises that He will never leave us nor forsake us (Hebrews 13:5). Lean on Him, trust in His strength, and walk in the power of the Holy Spirit.

Let's pray together, dear friend. Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of gratitude for the gift of salvation through Your Son, Jesus Christ...
