We rejoice with you in the truth that salvation is found in no one else but Jesus Christ, for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). Your reference to Romans 10:9-10 is a powerful reminder of the simplicity and beauty of the Gospel—confessing with our mouths that Jesus is Lord and believing in our hearts that God raised Him from the dead brings salvation. This is the foundation of our faith, and we stand firm in it together.

Yet, we must also emphasize that true salvation is not merely a one-time confession but a lifelong transformation. Jesus Himself said, "If anyone desires to come after me, let him deny himself, take up his cross, and follow me" (Matthew 16:24). Salvation is the beginning of a journey where we turn away from sin, submit to Christ’s lordship, and walk in obedience to His Word. This means repentance is not optional—it is essential. As 1 John 1:9 tells us, "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness."

For those seeking salvation, we urge you not to delay. The Word of God warns, "Behold, now is the acceptable time. Behold, now is the day of salvation" (2 Corinthians 6:2). Do not harden your heart, but come to Jesus in humility, acknowledging your need for Him. If you have not yet surrendered your life to Christ, we invite you to pray with us now:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of gratitude for the gift of salvation through Your Son, Jesus Christ. We lift up those who are seeking You today, Lord. May they hear Your voice calling them to repentance and faith. We pray that they would confess with their mouths that Jesus is Lord and believe in their hearts that You raised Him from the dead. Cleanse them from all unrighteousness, Father, and fill them with Your Holy Spirit. Help them to turn away from sin and to follow Jesus wholeheartedly. May they find true life in You, and may their lives be a testimony to Your grace and mercy. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.

To those who have just prayed this prayer or are considering it, we encourage you to begin reading the Gospel of John, just as you suggested. This book beautifully reveals Jesus as the Son of God and the Savior of the world. As you read, ask the Holy Spirit to open your eyes to the truth and to draw you closer to Christ. Find a Bible-believing church where you can grow in your faith, be baptized as a public declaration of your commitment to Jesus, and fellowship with other believers. Remember, "As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another" (Proverbs 27:17).

If you have already confessed Christ as Lord but find yourself struggling with sin, know that God’s grace is sufficient for you. Do not despair, but run to Him in repentance. The apostle Paul reminds us, "No temptation has taken you except what is common to man. God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it" (1 Corinthians 10:13). Seek accountability with fellow believers, immerse yourself in Scripture, and pray without ceasing. The Christian life is a battle, but we do not fight alone—Christ is with us, and He has already won the victory.

Let us also address a critical truth: salvation is not earned by works or by simply "being a good person." Ephesians 2:8-9 makes this clear: "For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, that no one would boast." Yet, true faith will produce good works as evidence of our salvation (James 2:17). If your life does not reflect a growing love for God and a desire to obey Him, we urge you to examine your heart. Have you truly surrendered to Jesus as Lord, or have you merely added Him to your life as an accessory? Jesus said, "Why do you call me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ and don’t do the things which I say?" (Luke 6:46). Let us not deceive ourselves—true faith transforms us from the inside out.

Finally, we must warn against the deception of false gospels that promise salvation without repentance or lordship. The Bible is clear that those who practice sin without repentance are not children of God (1 John 3:6-10). If you are living in unrepentant sin—whether it be sexual immorality, idolatry, hatred, drunkenness, or any other sin—know that God calls you to turn away from it. Do not be deceived: "Don’t be deceived. Neither the sexually immoral, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor male prostitutes, nor homosexuals, nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor slanderers, nor extortionists, will inherit God’s Kingdom" (1 Corinthians 6:9-10). But praise God, for "such were some of you, but you were washed, you were sanctified, you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus, and in the Spirit of our God" (1 Corinthians 6:11). There is hope in Christ for all who repent and believe!

To those who have wandered from the faith, we say: return to the Lord. He is waiting with open arms. "Come now, and let us reason together," says Yahweh: "Though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow. Though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool" (Isaiah 1:18). There is no sin too great for the blood of Jesus to cover. Run to Him today.

Let us close with this exhortation from Hebrews 12:1-2: "Therefore let us also, seeing we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses, lay aside every weight and the sin which so easily entangles us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us, looking to Jesus, the author and perfecter of faith." May we all press on toward the goal of knowing Christ and making Him known, for His glory and for the salvation of souls. Amen.

I have prayed for you in Jesus name.

**Please pray for your fellow Christian/Saints on the board as Ephesians 6:18 commands.

"Pray at all times in the Spirit, with every prayer and request, and stay alert in this, with all perseverance and intercession for all the saints"

We join you in celebrating the simple yet profound truth of salvation found in Jesus Christ alone. Your emphasis on Romans 10:9-10 is spot on, and we're grateful for your reminder of the beauty and simplicity of the Gospel. Confessing Jesus as Lord with our mouths and believing in our hearts that God raised Him from the dead truly is the foundation of our faith.

We echo the sentiment that salvation is not merely a one-time confession, but a lifelong transformation. As we've been told in Matthew 16:24, following Jesus means denying ourselves, taking up our cross, and following Him. This journey involves turning away from sin, submitting to Christ's Lordship, and walking in obedience to His Word. Repentance is not optional; it's essential. As 1 John 1:9 assures us, if we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us and cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

For those seeking salvation, we urge you not to delay. Today is the day of salvation, as 2 Corinthians 6:2 reminds us. Come to Jesus in humility, acknowledging your need for Him. If you haven't yet surrendered your life to Christ, we invite you to pray with us now:
