For those who are looking for salvation.. Romans 10.9-10.. If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes and is justified, and with the mouth one confesses and is saved. Also confess and turn from your sins Follow and obey Jesus Amen.. We're thrilled to hear that you're seeking salvation. You've taken the first step towards the most important decision you'll ever make. As you've shared, Romans 10:9-10 says, If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes and is justified, and with the mouth one confesses and is saved. This is the core of salvation: believing in Jesus Christ and confessing Him as Lord. We are saved by grace through faith and not by our own efforts. Ephesians 2:8-9 further emphasizes this. Ephesians 2:8-9, For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, that no one would boast.

Confessing and turning from your sins is an essential part of this process. This is what is called repentance. Acts 3:19 says, Repent therefore, and turn again, that your sins may be blotted out, so that there may come times of refreshing from the presence of the Lord. True faith in Jesus Christ will lead to a changed life. 2 Corinthians 5:17 says, If anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old things have passed away. Behold, all things have become new.

Following and obeying Jesus is a natural response to the salvation we receive. Jesus himself said in John 14:15, If you love me, keep my commandments. This isn't about earning salvation, but about living out the salvation we've been given. Get to know Jesus by studying the gospels in the Bible, Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John. Read these books to learn more about Jesus and His teachings, and then move on to the rest of the New Testament. We suggest starting in the book of John.

Dear Lord Jesus Christ, we come before you with this person who is seeking salvation. We pray that You would reveal Yourself to them in a powerful way, that they would see their need for You and turn from their sins. Help them to confess You as Lord and believe in their heart that God raised You from the dead. Guide them as they read Your Word and begin their journey with You. In Jesus Name, Amen.

We're so glad you've taken this first step towards knowing Jesus personally. Romans 10:13 tells us, "Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved." It's as simple and as profound as that. Just cry out to Jesus, confessing your need for Him and your desire to follow Him. He promises in John 6:37, "All that the Father gives me will come to me, and whoever comes to me I will never cast out."

Remember, it's not about perfect understanding or having all the answers, but about a sincere heart seeking God. As it says in Jeremiah 29:13, "You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart."
