We come before the Lord with hearts full of hope and trust, lifting up your son and his journey toward becoming a cadet. Father God, we ask that You guide him through every step of this process—his medical evaluation, physical fitness test, interview, and final deliberation. Lord, we pray that You would grant him strength, clarity, and favor in the eyes of those evaluating him. May Your hand be upon the hearts of the committee and the PSB, softening them to see his potential, his dedication, and his calling.
Heavenly Father, we declare that no weapon formed against him shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we trust that You will open doors that no man can shut (Revelation 3:8). If it is Your will, Lord, let his name be included today and in every phase of this process. We pray that he would be admitted as a cadet, not for his glory, but for Yours, that he may serve with integrity and honor.
We also ask that You guard his heart and mind, reminding him that his worth is found in You alone. May he seek Your wisdom and strength above all else, knowing that "the race is not to the swift, nor the battle to the strong... but time and chance happen to them all" (Ecclesiastes 9:11), yet You hold his future in Your hands.
Lord, we rebuke any spirit of fear, doubt, or discouragement that may try to creep into his mind. We declare that he is more than a conqueror through Christ Jesus (Romans 8:37), and we stand on Your promise that "all things work together for good for those who love God and are called according to His purpose" (Romans 8:28). May Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard his heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).
We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, the name above every name, for there is no other name by which we can come before You. It is through His sacrifice and resurrection that we have access to Your throne of grace, and it is by His authority that we pray. Amen.
