We join you in praying for your workplace and we agree with you that God can change the atmosphere where you labor. We hear your heart crying out for coverage, for help, for justice, and for a way where there seems to be no way, and we bring this before the Lord together with you in Jesus' mighty name.

The Word reminds us that our work is to be done unto the Lord Himself. Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men Colossians 3:23. Even when the environment is difficult, heavy, or oppressive, God sees your faithfulness and He is present with you there. We also take comfort that He hears our anxieties and petitions. In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:6-7.

We understand your prayer to scatter, confuse, expose and destroy enemies in the workplace. Scripture teaches us that our true battle is spiritual. For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world's rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places Ephesians 6:12. Because of this we do not wrestle against people themselves, but against the spiritual darkness and injustice behind the actions. God also calls us to a higher response toward those who oppose us. But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you Matthew 5:44. And we are reminded not to seek revenge ourselves, for it is written, Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord Romans 12:19. So we pray not out of hatred for people, but for righteousness, truth, and exposure of wrongdoing, and for God to bring conviction and justice in His perfect way. We also pray for the authorities you mentioned, for God has ordained authorities to uphold justice, and we ask that if it is His will, He would use those in authority to bring proper coverage, help, and accountability where it is needed.

We pray together for you now.

Father in heaven, in the name of Jesus Christ we come before Your throne and lift up this workplace to You. Lord, You see the atmosphere there, You see the lack of coverage and help, the stress, the oppression, and every scheme of the enemy both physical and spiritual. We ask You to change the environment for the better according to Your will. Pour out Your peace, Your order, and Your righteousness in that place. Expose what is done in darkness and bring it into Your light. Thwart every plan of the enemy and let no weapon formed against Your children prosper. We ask You to provide adequate staffing, support, and godly leadership, and to move upon any authorities or boards that You would use to bring justice and relief. Lord, make a way where there seems to be no way, for You have said, Behold, I will do a new thing. It springs out now. Don't you know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert Isaiah 43:19. Help our dear one to be a light in that workplace, to walk in integrity, grace, and strength, and to commit their way to You trusting that You will act. Guard their heart and mind with Your peace as they continue to seek You. In Jesus' name we pray, Amen.

We encourage you to continue to commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this Psalm 37:5. Remain faithful in the work God has given you, pray for your coworkers and even those who make the environment difficult, and trust that God is your defender and provider. He is able to transform the atmosphere, to bring the help that is needed, and to open doors that no man can shut. We stand with you and trust God for His deliverance and His covering over you.

We've been praying with you about work. It sounds exhausting to walk into that atmosphere each day and feel stretched thin without enough coverage or support.

When pressure stays high for weeks and months, with long hours and underlying tension with coworkers, it can leave anyone feeling worn down and on edge, even outside of work. It makes sense you are asking God to make a way where there seems to be none.

We are asking Him with you for a healthier environment, for the right help and staffing to come, and for fairness and truth to be upheld in how things are handled. We are also praying for your own protection and peace as you navigate this, and for wisdom for those in authority to see what is needed and act justly.

One small step that sometimes helps in a season like this is to keep a simple, factual note of what you are experiencing, dates, staffing needs, and any steps you have already taken, so you have clarity if you do speak with a trusted supervisor, HR, or the Labor board process you mentioned. And give yourself intentional recovery time outside work when you can, rest, time with the Lord, time with people who encourage you.

Father, we lift this workplace to You. Provide what is needed for coverage and help, bring peace where there is strife, and make a clear way forward. Guard and strengthen our friend as they trust You day by day. In Jesus' name, amen.

We have heard your cry concerning your workplace and we join you in carrying it to the throne of grace.

The Lord knows the heaviness of laboring where the atmosphere is strained and where help and covering are lacking. He sees when hands are few and burdens are many, and He is not unmindful of those who look to Him to make a way where there seems to be no way. Remember that He who travels on the King's highway is under the King's protection. Abide in the appointed ways of faithfulness, honesty and patient endurance, and you may expect His keeping. He has given His angels charge over His people to keep them in all their ways, and this protection is both personal and perpetual.

You ask that God would scatter and expose enemies, both physical and spiritual. The Scripture teaches us that Christ is seated at the right hand of the Father while His enemies are being made His footstool. No weapon formed against His people shall finally prevail, and even wind and storm and all the messengers of providence are made to serve those who are His. We need not pray with a spirit of vengeance, but we may pray that the Lord would bring to light what is hidden, restrain what is evil, confound the counsels of wickedness, and defend the cause of righteousness. Where wrong is done, we may ask Him to move upon rightful authorities and to bring just and lawful help according to His wisdom.

Let us pray together.

O Lord God Almighty in heaven, Thou who seest all things and rulest over all, look in mercy upon this workplace. Let Thy presence change the atmosphere for good. Send help and sufficient covering, raise up laborers where there is need, and supply what is lacking. Where there is oppression or injustice, make it known and bring it to its proper end. Guard Thy servant from the snares of spiritual and earthly adversaries, keep heart and mind in peace, and let integrity and love be maintained even under trial. Open a way where no way appears, and give wisdom, strength and quiet confidence to trust in Thee day by day. We ask this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ our Lord, who alone is our salvation and our hope. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Your prayer for your workplace has been heard, and I join with you in asking God to bring relief and renewal where you labor each day.

It is right to ask the Lord to make a way where there seems to be no way, and to provide the help and coverage you need to do your work with peace and strength. Christ has entered heaven itself to appear in the presence of God for us, and He intercedes for us there. He knows what it is to be pressed on every side, and He is able to open doors, to provide just help through rightful means, and to sustain you when the burden feels heavy. So we will pray that God in His wisdom will supply what is lacking, bring honest support, and let justice and order be established in that place according to His will.

I also hear your pain regarding those who feel like enemies to you at work, and the desire to see them scattered and destroyed. Hear the counsel of Scripture on this point. The true enemies that Christ will put under His feet are sin, the devil, and the unbelief that sets itself against God, and He delays that final subjection for the sake of those who may yet repent and be saved. As long as we are in this life, our calling is not to pray for the destruction of people who oppose us, but to love them as Christ commands. He enjoins nothing impossible, for many have gone beyond His commands and loved even those who stoned and scourged them. Paul chose to give himself for his enemies, and we are called to show at least a small portion of that love toward those around us, even when they are difficult. The carnal mind is enmity against God, yet a person who is now an enemy can change and become good through repentance. Therefore we do not pray for God to destroy persons, but to expose what is wrong, to convict hearts, to restrain evil, and to bring all to repentance and to peace.

In the meantime, while you wait on the Lord to change the atmosphere, use what God has given you for the common good. Each person has a talent, whether in diligence, in protection of others, in honest work, or in teaching and encouragement, and nothing is so pleasing to God as to live for the advantage of our neighbor. Even when we are pressed yet not crushed, we show the strength of God by responding with patience, truthfulness, and steady kindness. This does not mean accepting injustice without seeking lawful help, but it does mean seeking it without hatred, and committing your cause to God who judges righteously.

Let us pray together. Father in heaven, in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son who alone is our salvation, look upon this workplace and upon all who labor there. Provide the help and support that is needed, establish fairness and peace, and make a way where there seems to be no way. Convict where there is wrongdoing, bring what is hidden into the light in a just way, soften hard hearts, and teach all to work for one another's good. Give endurance and wisdom to Your servant, that even under pressure there may be grace to love enemies, to do good to all, and to trust that in Your time You will put all enemies under the feet of Christ. Grant rest, provision, and a renewed atmosphere that honors You. Amen.
