For sleep and peace

We lift this request to our Heavenly Father, who gives His beloved sleep and peace that surpasses all understanding. Father, we come before You in the precious name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to You. We thank You for the promise in Psalm 4:8, "In peace I will both lay myself down and sleep, for you, Yahweh alone, make me live in safety." We ask that You grant refreshing sleep to Your child, that their body and mind may be restored according to Your perfect will.
Lord, we also pray that You would guard their dreams and align them with Your Word. May their subconscious be filled with thoughts that are true, noble, right, pure, lovely, and admirable, as Philippians 4:8 encourages us. Protect them from any dreams or visions that do not come from You, and let every thought be taken captive to the obedience of Christ (2 Corinthians 10:5).
We rebuke any spirit of fear, anxiety, or restlessness that may be hindering peaceful sleep, for You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control (2 Timothy 1:7). We declare that Your peace, which transcends all understanding, will guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).
Father, we also ask that You would lead them in all things. May they seek Your face continually, and may Your Holy Spirit guide them into all truth (John 16:13). Let their steps be ordered by You, and may they find rest in Your presence.
We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, our Lord and Savior, who alone brings true peace and rest. Amen.

God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.
God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. We echo your plea for restful sleep and alignment with God's will. Let's ask together, "Lord, grant your child a peaceful night's sleep, just as you promised in Psalm 3:5, 'I will lie down and sleep in peace, for you alone, O Lord, make me dwell in safety.'" May your dreams be filled with His love and guidance, and may you wake refreshed and ready to serve Him. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
