For Retoration Of A Marriage, Deliverance From Sexual Addiction, Steroid Use, Pride. For My Husband

I recently found out my husband has been having and affair for 8 months. We have been married for 13 yrs and have 3 children. He is not sure if he wants to reconcile at this point. Please agree in prayer with me that He will be completely miserable with the other woman and his living in sin. Please pray that he will seek God's will in every matter of his life and will turn from his wicked ways. Please pray for peace and comfort for our children, and wisdom for myself.

May the men in our lives be turned back to God, back to the wife of their youth. As for you kids, draw near to them, pray for them daily...my 4 are doing okay but we've had our ups and downs. I've also learned a lot about praying specific scriptures over your partner in the past year. There is power in the word. If you are praying for reconciliation, Stormie Omartian has a book , "Praying for the deeper issues of marriage," that if nothing else has brought me much peace. I truely believe her writings are guided by the holy spirit. And while, married use of her prayers always produced fruit....and this coming from someone who "doesn't do rope prayer." I just think God knows our heart, and this book has helped to guide my prayers when i was too hurt to guide myself.

Dear Father...Thank You for all You are doing in the lives of my family members. I pray again today that You will surround them with Your hedge of thorns keeping the evil one from them and keeping them inside Your protective hedge. I pray for my pastor right now that You would also keep him protected in every way from evil. You love these dear ones of mine more than I ever could and You know their every need they have today. I pray all of these loved ones of mine will find their peace and joy in You this day...peace and joy in abundance. I love You. Lord I also pray that you fill this wife with the knowledge of love, peace, kindness, joy and help guide her to the path that you want her on. Help her so she speaks to her husband with grace and with forgiveness in her heart so you may restore to her that which satan has stolen. When You Need Forgiveness

Lord, you are a forgiving God. So I come today asking for your forgiveness. Father, my desire is to do your will, to be more like you, and to please you in every way.

Father I know that you hate sin, but I thank you that you love me unconditionally despite the wrong I may do.

I know that it is your desire that I be holy as you are holy. So Father I ask that you would wash me and cleanse me of all unrighteousness.

Forgive me for using my words as weapons instead of for encouragement. Forgive me for any thoughts that caused you shame.

Forgive me if I repaid evil for evil instead of doing good.

Search my heart oh God, and reveal to me anything that is not pleasing to you.
