We lift up your sister ### before the Lord, trusting in His power to heal and restore. The Scriptures remind us that our God is the Great Physician, the One who knits us together in our mother’s womb and knows the number of our days. In Psalm 103:2-3, we read, *"Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits—who forgives all your sins and heals all your diseases."* We claim this promise over ###, asking the Lord to bring complete healing to her body after this heart bypass surgery. His Word also assures us in Jeremiah 30:17, *"For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh."*
It is beautiful to hear that your family has been praying together, for where two or more are gathered in His name, He is in the midst of them. We join you in thanking the Lord that He has heard your prayers, and we continue to petition Him for ###’s full recovery. Let us also remember that healing is not only physical but spiritual and emotional. May the Lord grant ### peace in her heart, strength in her body, and a steadfast trust in Him as she recovers. Let her testimony be one of God’s faithfulness, that others may see His work in her life and glorify His name.
We also encourage you and your family to remain steadfast in prayer, for the apostle Paul tells us in 1 Thessalonians 5:17 to *"pray without ceasing."* Keep bringing your requests before the Lord with thanksgiving, as Philippians 4:6 instructs us: *"In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God."* The Lord delights in the prayers of His people, and He is faithful to answer according to His perfect will.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You with grateful hearts, thanking You for the life of ### and for the skill of the medical team You have used to care for her. Lord, You are the God who heals, and we ask that You would touch ###’s body with Your restoring power. Strengthen her heart, renew her energy, and bring her to a full and swift recovery. Lord, we pray that You would guard her against any complications or setbacks, and that You would fill her with Your peace as she rests in You.
We thank You, Father, for the faith of this family who has been lifting ### up in prayer. Continue to unite them in trust and hope as they wait on You. May ###’s healing be a testimony of Your goodness, and may her life bring glory to Your name. We ask all this in the mighty and precious name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to Your throne of grace. Let Your will be done in ###’s life, and may she walk in the fullness of health and purpose You have for her. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
