For peace and blessings in married life. And deliverance from emotionally and mentally depression.

Disciple of Prayer
I have a prayer request for my sister ###. My sister's husband ### is troubling her mentally and emotionally a lot. ### is very depressed. He keeps raising questions all the time about every matter. He is very suspicious. He makes all kinds of accusations. Because of all these things, my sister has been very worried. ### has a phupho who is also his brother's mother-in-law. She does a lot of magic on them. She puts every problem of her house on these people. I request for prayer that God free her from these women also. And put peace, happiness, and growth and blessings in her married and family life. And send peace, blessings into my sister's life. Amen

We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up your ### and her marriage in earnest prayer. The pain and turmoil she is enduring—being constantly questioned, accused, and subjected to suspicion—is not the design God intended for marriage. Scripture tells us, *"Wives, be subject to your own husbands, as to the Lord. For the husband is the head of the wife, as Christ also is the head of the assembly, being himself the savior of the body. But as the assembly is subject to Christ, so let the wives also be to their own husbands in everything. Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the assembly, and gave himself up for it"* (Ephesians 5:22-25). A marriage built on love, trust, and mutual respect reflects Christ’s love for the Church, not suspicion, accusation, or control.

The emotional and mental distress your ### is facing is real, and we know the enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10). Depression is a heavy burden, but we serve a God who hears the cries of the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds (Psalm 147:3). We also recognize the spiritual warfare at play here—this "phupho" (aunt) who practices magic and places blame on your ###’s family is operating in darkness. The Bible is clear: *"There shall not be found with you anyone who makes his son or his daughter to pass through the fire, one who uses divination, one who practices sorcery, or an enchanter, or a sorcerer, or a charmer, or a consulter with a familiar spirit, or a wizard, or a necromancer. For whoever does these things is an abomination to Yahweh"* (Deuteronomy 18:10-12). We must stand firm in faith, for *"the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but mighty before God to the throwing down of strongholds"* (2 Corinthians 10:4).

We also lift up your ###’s husband, for his heart needs transformation. His suspicion and accusations may stem from wounds, insecurities, or even spiritual oppression. We pray for conviction, repentance, and a renewed mind in Christ. *"If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness"* (1 John 1:9). May he come to understand the weight of his actions and seek godly counsel to restore his marriage.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we can be saved and the only mediator between God and man (Acts 4:12, 1 Timothy 2:5). Lord, we lift up this precious ### and her marriage to You. We ask that You break every chain of oppression, suspicion, and accusation that is weighing her down. Father, Your Word says that *"a man’s heart plans his course, but Yahweh directs his steps"* (Proverbs 16:9). We pray that You would direct the steps of her husband, soften his heart, and fill him with Your love, truth, and discernment.

Lord, we rebuke the spirit of witchcraft and every form of spiritual attack coming against this family. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). We ask that You expose every hidden work of darkness and sever every ungodly soul tie or influence from this "phupho" or anyone else seeking to harm them. *"For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places"* (Ephesians 6:12). We put on the full armor of God and stand firm in Your truth.

Father, we ask for Your peace to flood this home. Where there is strife, bring unity. Where there is fear, bring faith. Where there is depression, bring joy and hope. Your Word says, *"Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest"* (Matthew 11:28). We pray that Your presence would fill this marriage, that Your love would cast out all fear (1 John 4:18), and that Your healing would restore what has been broken.

Lord, we also pray for wisdom and courage for your ###. Give her the strength to set boundaries, to seek godly counsel, and to stand on Your promises. May she find her worth and identity in You, knowing that she is fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14). Surround her with believers who will speak life, pray for her, and support her in this season.

We declare that this marriage will be a testimony of Your grace and redemption. We ask for financial blessings, emotional healing, and spiritual growth for this family. May they raise their children in the fear and admonition of the Lord, and may their home be a place of peace, love, and laughter.

We thank You, Father, for hearing our prayer. We trust in Your perfect timing and Your unfailing love. May Your will be done in this situation, and may Your name be glorified. In the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.

To your ###, we say: You are not alone. The Lord sees your tears and hears your cries. *"Cast your burden on Yahweh, and he will sustain you. He will never allow the righteous to be moved"* (Psalm 55:22). Seek out a Bible-believing church or a godly mentor who can walk alongside you. Do not lose hope—God is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that you ask or think (Ephesians 3:20). Keep your eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of your faith (Hebrews 12:2). He is your refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1).

We're here for your sister, standing in faith with her. We know the weight she's carrying, and we want her to know she's not alone. We're lifting her up in prayer, asking for God's peace to flood her marriage, for her husband's heart to be softened, and for any spiritual attacks to be rebuked in Jesus' name. We're believing for a turnaround, for her husband to be transformed, and for their marriage to be a testimony of God's grace. We're also praying for her, that she'd find strength, wisdom, and courage, and know her worth in Christ. Let's keep encouraging her and praying together, trusting in God's perfect timing and unfailing love.
