Beloved of All
Our daughter is being held against her will in an ### group home in ###. She is being abused & neglected and we are not able to visit her/talk to her freely due to the harrassment by care staff. Guardian refuses to answer our emails or phone calls. We go to court and they just lie lie lie and judge believes it without question and doesn't listen to us at all Thnx

We have heard your cry for your daughter and we are standing with you before the Lord together in Jesus' name, for we know how heavy and painful it is to be kept from your own child and to feel unheard by those who are supposed to protect her.

We grieve with you over the abuse, neglect, harassment and deception you have described. God sees what is done in secret and He does not take lightly the mistreatment of the vulnerable or the perversion of justice. He is a defender of the weak and a Father who hears the cries of the oppressed. We rebuke the evil of abuse and neglect, the harassment that prevents a family from caring for their own, and the lying lips that pervert justice in the courtroom, for it is written, Lying lips are an abomination to Yahweh, but those who do the truth are his delight. Proverbs 12:22, and also, You shall not pervert justice. You shall not show partiality. You shall not take a bribe, for a bribe blinds the eyes of the wise, and perverts the words of the righteous. Deuteronomy 16:19

The Lord calls us to seek justice on behalf of those who cannot defend themselves. Learn to do well. Seek justice. Relieve the oppressed. Defend the fatherless. Plead for the widow. Isaiah 1:17, and Defend the weak, the poor, and the fatherless. Maintain the rights of the poor and oppressed. Rescue the weak and needy. Deliver them out of the hand of the wicked. Psalm 82:3-4. We take comfort that even when an earthly judge does not listen, the Lord does. Yahweh, you have heard the desire of the humble. You will prepare their heart. You will cause your ear to hear, to judge the fatherless and the oppressed, that man who is of the earth may terrify no more. Psalm 10:17-18. He is near to you in this brokenheartedness, for Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit. Psalm 34:18

We lift your daughter up to the Lord now and we lift you up as her parents.

Father in heaven, in the name of Jesus Christ we come before Your throne of grace and we bring this precious daughter to You. You know where she is, You see every moment of her suffering, and nothing is hidden from Your eyes. We ask You to place Your hand of protection over her, to shield her from all harm, abuse and neglect, to comfort her in her distress and loneliness, and to let her know she is not forgotten or forsaken. We pray that You would expose every lie and bring every hidden deed into the light, for You love truth and justice. We ask that You would move upon the heart of the guardian to answer and to act with diligence and compassion, that You would convict the staff who harass and mistreat, and that You would give the judge ears to hear and eyes to see the truth. We pray that You would open doors for visitation and free communication that have been unjustly closed, and that You would raise up righteous advocates, counsel and help for this family. Grant this mother and father supernatural endurance, wisdom, clarity and peace as they continue to contend for their daughter, and do not let them grow weary in doing good. We ask all of this in the mighty name of Jesus, amen.

We encourage you to continue to contend faithfully as the persistent widow in Luke 18:1-8 who kept coming to the judge until justice was done, for God honors persistent prayer and righteous perseverance. Keep careful written records of every attempt to contact the guardian, every visit denied, every concerning observation, with dates and times, and continue to seek godly counsel and lawful advocacy. There are often protection and advocacy organizations, disability rights advocates, and legal aid resources who can help ensure proper oversight of group homes and guardianship, and we encourage you to seek them out while you continue to appeal through the proper legal channels. Do not be discouraged when man does not listen, for your ultimate Judge is the Lord Himself who will bring justice in His time. Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. Philippians 4:6, and Let us not be weary in doing good, for we will reap in due season, if we do not give up. Galatians 6:9

We noticed your request did not mention the name of Jesus, and we want to gently remind you that it is only through Him that we have access to the Father. Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. John 14:6, and There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved. Acts 4:12. It is by the name of Jesus that our prayers are heard, and it is by believing in Him, that He died for our sins and rose again, that we are saved and brought into the family of God. We encourage you to place your full trust in Him as you walk through this valley, for He alone is our hope and our deliverer.

We are continuing to pray with you for your daughter's swift protection, for truth to prevail, for justice to be done, and for your family to be reunited in peace and safety. May the Lord give you strength for each day and may His justice and mercy be revealed in this situation.

We are so grieved to read what you are carrying. To love your daughter and feel blocked from seeing her, unheard in court, and unable to get answers from her guardian is exhausting and heartbreaking. It makes sense you feel powerless and frustrated when you know she needs protection and the people with authority do not seem to listen.

We want to walk with you in both prayer and steady advocacy. One thing that often helps in these painful systems is careful, calm documentation and having another trusted voice beside you. If it is possible, we encourage you to keep a simple written record of every call, email, visit attempt and court date with dates and what was said, and to reach out for advocacy support in your area. Many states have a Protection and Advocacy agency for people with disabilities and legal aid organizations that understand group home and guardianship cases. They, along with a trusted attorney or family advocate, can sometimes be heard more effectively and can help you build respectful working relationships with the court and agencies, while also teaching you how to advocate for your daughter with confidence.

We are praying for you and for your daughter's safety and dignity.

Father, we lift this daughter to You and ask for Your protection over her body and spirit. Give her parents wisdom, endurance and favor as they seek help, and open doors for honest communication and just decisions. Guide them to the right advocates and helpers, and let Your peace guard this family. In Jesus' name, amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Your sorrow has been heard, and it has brought us to our knees before the Lord on your behalf and on behalf of your daughter. To be kept from your own child, to fear for her safety while others speak what is false and those in authority will not hear you, is an affliction that must weigh upon the heart both day and night. The Lord sees this burden and He does not turn His ear from the cry of His people.

We would speak to you that word which God Himself has given, Comfort ye, comfort ye my people, saith your God. It is not a comfort drawn from our own thoughts, but from His Word which quickens the soul. As it is written, This is my comfort in my affliction, for thy word hath quickened me. When strength fails and when the way seems hedged up, the Spirit of God does not always remove the trial at once, but He quickens the heart, He sustains it, He gives it life to endure and to hope. Take that Word to your bosom in these dark days, and let it be near to you. Press close to Christ in prayer, and ask Him to quicken you anew, that you may have both comfort and constancy, to be comforted in heart and established in every good word and work.

There is a peculiar comfort also in this, that the Lord Jesus Christ knows the truth when others do not. When you are most abused by false words, when slander is spoken in the court and the ear of the judge seems closed, Christ knows. He is not deceived. Nothing is hidden from His eye. Men may lie and lie again, but the Omniscient Saviour weighs all things in perfect righteousness. He knows your integrity, He knows your daughter's distress, He knows every harsh act and every neglect. To be known by Him is no small consolation when you are misjudged by men, and to leave your cause with Him is to leave it with One who will in His own time make the right to be seen.

The Scripture gives this further comfort to the tempted and tried, that God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able, but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it. He puts a restraint upon every trial. Not a single affliction can go beyond the bound which His wisdom and love appoints. And with the trial He will make a way to bear it, and in His providence a way to escape it. We pray that He will make that way plain for your daughter, that He will open doors that are now shut, that He will move upon the guardian and upon the judge and upon all who have charge over her, and that He will hedge her about with His protection where you cannot be present.

Take comfort also from the future which God has promised. You shall forget your misery and remember it as waters that pass away. Time cannot heal as God can heal, but God in His mercy does bring deliverance, and whether it be in this life or in the life to come, He will not leave wrong unjudged. There shall be a resurrection both of the just and of the unjust, and every deed shall be brought into the light before Him who judges righteously. This is solemn to consider, but it is also a comfort to the oppressed, for the Judge of all the earth will do right. No lie will stand in that day, no abuse will be hidden, and no tear of His children will be forgotten.

We are praying for you, that the Lord will keep your daughter from harm, that He will comfort her heart in her loneliness and fear, that He will preserve her body and soul, and that He will give you wisdom, patience and perseverance. We pray that He will give you favor where there has been hardness, ears to hear where there has been deafness, and that He will raise up help and advocacy for you in the courts and in every needful place. We pray most of all that you and your household may find your rest in the Lord Jesus Christ, through whom alone is salvation, and that He who is your comfort now may be your strength to continue in faith and in doing good.

Continue to seek what is right by all lawful means, keep a faithful record of all that is done, seek godly counsel and help from those able to advocate for you, and cast your burden upon the Lord. He who comforts His people will comfort you, and He who quickens the soul will sustain you till the day of deliverance comes.

We have heard your cry and we are grieving with you over what you and your daughter are enduring. To be unable to see or speak freely with your own child, to suspect she is being harmed and neglected while those entrusted with her care harass you and refuse to answer, and to feel unheard in court where truth should be sought, is a heavy and painful burden. God sees this sorrow and He hears your prayers even when earthly authorities do not seem to listen.

Scripture teaches that God is a just judge who sees all that is done in secret. Those who abuse or neglect the vulnerable, who use their position for unjust gain or to plunder and harm rather than to protect, bear great guilt before Him. It is not the one who is abused who bears the shame, but the one who does the abusing. The Lord knows the truth when lies are told and He will bring all things into the light. He also sees your daughter in her suffering and your faithful love as parents who continue to seek her good despite being pushed aside. He does not overlook patient endurance under wrong, and He draws near to those who are afflicted.

We are praying for you and your daughter now.

Father in heaven, in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son, we ask You to have mercy and to protect this daughter. Keep her safe from harm, comfort her in her distress, and let her know she is not forgotten or alone. We ask You to bring the truth into the open, to restrain those who would harm or neglect her, and to convict the hearts of staff and guardian to act with honesty and compassion. Give wisdom and a listening ear to the judge and to all who have authority over her case, so that justice may be done. Strengthen these parents with endurance, peace, and hope, and provide them with faithful help and wise counsel as they continue to advocate for their child. Above all we pray that she and her family would know Your saving grace through Jesus and Your presence that never fails. Amen.

Please do not walk this road alone. Keep a careful record of every attempt to contact, every visit denied, and every word spoken in court, and seek steady, godly counsel and qualified legal help to continue to advocate for her. Continue to bring your requests before God daily, for He is faithful even when people fail. We will continue to pray that God protects your daughter, that the truth is made clear, and that you are given opportunity to care for her freely again.
