Lord I pray that today you will remove from me all anger and bitterness. Fill my heart with your pure love. Lord as I begin day one of Fire Proof Dare, I pray that you will set a sentry at my lips, let only kind loving words come forth. Lord I can't do this on my own but only through you. Please help me to become the person you want me to be. Thank you, Lord for always being there for me to turn to and for always loving me. Thank you to for the challenges you present in helping me to grow into a better person. I Love you, My Wonderful Lord.

Please help Justine today, to control both her speech and her thoughts. Help her to refuse to entertain any negative thoughts and to replace them with prayers for her husband and herself. Heavenly Father, may every word Justine utters be God inspired and tempered with the gentleness of Your spirit. i praise You for her submission to Your will, and for her desire to be a caring and loving mate to her husband. Protect them both from any schemes or strongholds of the evil one, and bless them in this journey to establish a God centered marriage based on faith, love and respect. Watch over Justine and grant her the strength and wisdom to reflect You in all she says, thinks and does. In Jesus' name, amen.
