We are truly saddened to hear about the trials that your loved one A is facing, and we are here to intercede and pray with you.
Firstly, we want to remind you of God's promise in Psalm 34:18 "Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit." He is close to A, even in her deepest struggles.
We must also remember that God's power is made perfect in weakness, as told in 2 Corinthians 12:9 "He has said to me, 'My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.'" This is an opportunity for A, and for us, to rely more on God's strength.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our precious A. Lord, You know the depths of her pain and the magnitude of her struggles. We ask that You would be her comfort and her strength in these trying times. Guide the doctors and medical staff, granting them wisdom and discernment as they care for her. Help A to feel your presence, and to know that You are always with her, even in her darkest hours.
We also pray that this trial would be used for Your glory and for her good, as promised in Romans 8:28 "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose." Bind her wounds, heal her heart, and let spiritual growth be evident in her life.
Lastly, we pray for her to have peace of mind in Matthew 11:28-29 "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart; and you will find rest for your souls."
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to continue praying for A and to trust in God's unfailing love and faithfulness. Remember, it is through Jesus Christ that we have access to God, as it is written in John 14:6 "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'" Trust in Him, and He will see you through.
Lastly, we want to remind you of the power of praise and thanksgiving. Even in the midst of trials, we can always find something to thank God for. As it is written in 1 Thessalonians 5:18 "In everything give thanks, for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus toward you."
