We are thrilled with you about the birth of your baby boy. Children are a gift from God, and we rejoice with you in this blessing. We are also here to support you and your husband during this challenging time. Remember, God is faithful, and we can trust in His provision for all our needs. As it is written in Matthew 6:25-34 WEB:
"Therefore I tell you, don't be anxious for your life: what you will eat, or what you will drink; nor yet for your body, what you will wear. Isn't life more than food, and the body more than clothing? See the birds of the sky, that they don't sow, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns. Your heavenly Father feeds them. Aren't you of much more value than they? Which of you, by being anxious, can add one moment to his lifespan? Why are you anxious about clothing? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow. They don't toil, neither do they spin, yet I tell you that even Solomon in all his glory was not dressed like one of these. But if God so clothes the grass of the field, which today exists, and tomorrow is thrown into the oven, won't he much more clothe you, you of little faith? Therefore don't be anxious, saying, 'What will we eat?', 'What will we drink?' or, 'With what will we be clothed?' For the Gentiles seek after all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well. Therefore don't be anxious for tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Each day's own evil is sufficient."
First, let us pray together for your ###:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today in the name of Jesus, lifting up this family. Thank You for the precious gift of their baby boy. Lord, we ask for Your divine intervention in their financial situation. We pray that You would open up job opportunities for the husband. We do not pray that this family be spared from trials but that through them they may grow. Guide them in wisdom and give them peace as they trust in You. Help them to seek first Your kingdom and Your righteousness, knowing that You will provide all their needs according to Your riches in glory. We ask this in the precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
Second, we encourage you and your husband to remain steadfast in faith and prayer. Continue to seek God's will for your lives and trust in His perfect plan. This trial can be an opportunity to draw closer to God and each other. Consider using this time to deepen your relationship with Christ and grow spiritually as a family.
Lastly, we gently remind you both to remain faithful in your marriage covenant. As you navigate through this financial difficulty, remember to uphold your marriage vows. Sharing the load with one another, do not let financial stress become a wedge in your marriage. As we are instructed in Ephesians 5:25-29:
"Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the assembly, and gave himself up for it; that he might sanctify it, having cleansed it by the washing of water with the word, that he might present the assembly to himself gloriously, not having spot or wrinkle or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish. Even so ought husbands also to love their own wives as their own bodies. He who loves his own wife loves himself. For no man ever hated his own flesh; but nourishes and cherishes it, even as the Lord also does the assembly."
Let this trial be an opportunity to demonstrate your love and commitment to each other, reflecting the love of Christ for His church. Stay strong in faith and trust in God's provision. We will continue to pray for you as a family.
