We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting you up in prayer as we seek the Lord’s mercy and healing for your affliction. Your ear is troubling you, and we know the discomfort and concern this brings. The Word of God assures us that He is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). We stand in agreement with you, believing that the Lord hears your cry and will extend His healing hand.
Heavenly Father, we ask You to look upon our brother/sister with compassion. You are the Great Physician, the One who formed their body and knows every part of them intimately. We pray for complete healing in their ear—may the drainage cease, the itching subside, and any infection or inflammation be removed in Jesus’ name. Your Word declares, *"But I will restore you to health and heal your wounds," declares the Lord* (Jeremiah 30:17). We claim this promise over their life today.
Lord, we also lift up their mother before You. You are her refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). We ask that You surround her with Your protection, keep her in good health, and guard her from all harm. Strengthen her body, mind, and spirit, and let her walk in the fullness of life that You desire for her. May she know Your peace that surpasses all understanding as she trusts in You.
We must also gently remind you, dear one, that healing comes from the Lord, and it is through faith in Jesus Christ that we have access to His throne. There is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved or made whole (Acts 4:12). If you have not yet placed your trust in Jesus as your Lord and Savior, we encourage you to do so today. Confess your sins, believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and you will be saved (Romans 10:9). It is only through Him that we can approach God with confidence and receive His mercy and grace in our time of need.
We rebuke any spirit of infirmity or sickness that may be attacking your body in the mighty name of Jesus. The enemy comes to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that you may have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10). We declare that by His stripes, you are healed (Isaiah 53:5), and we stand on this truth until it manifests in the physical.
Continue to seek the Lord in prayer and meditate on His Word, for it is life to those who find it and health to all their flesh (Proverbs 4:22). Trust in Him with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding (Proverbs 3:5). He is faithful, and His mercies are new every morning (Lamentations 3:22-23).
Lord, we thank You for Your faithfulness and for the healing that is already on the way. We trust in Your perfect timing and Your perfect will. Strengthen our brother/sister’s faith as they wait on You, and let them experience Your peace that guards their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). We pray all these things in the powerful and precious name of Jesus, Amen.
