We join with you in prayer for healing and relief from this cold and cough, and we lift up your sneezing, stuffy and blocked nose, watery eyes and headache before the Lord who cares for every detail of our bodies.
We are thankful you have called upon your brothers and sisters in Christ Jesus, for we know it is through Him we have access to the Father and it is by His name we are healed and saved. We take comfort in what is written, Bless Yahweh, my soul, and don't forget all his benefits, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases. Psalm 103:2-3. And we cling to His promise, But I will restore health to you and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh. Jeremiah 30:17. We also remember that He was wounded for our transgressions and by his wounds you were healed. 1 Peter 2:24.
We pray together for you now. Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son, and we ask for Your healing hand upon our dear sibling who is suffering with this cold. Lord, we ask You to ease the sneezing and clear the stuffiness and blockage, to soothe the watery eyes and relieve the headache and cough. Grant restful sleep and easy breathing, and restore strength and comfort. You are Yahweh who heals us, as You have said, I am Yahweh who heals you. Exodus 15:26. We ask that You touch this body which You have created and sustain it, and let Your peace and relief be felt quickly. Guide to proper rest, hydration and care, and give wisdom to know when to seek further help if the symptoms continue, for we know our bodies are temples of Your Holy Spirit. If it is Your will, bring complete and swift recovery so that health may be restored for Your glory.
We encourage you to rest as you are able, to drink plenty of fluids and to care for your body while trusting the Lord for healing. Even in small afflictions He is near and compassionate, and He hears our prayers. Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. James 5:14-15. Continue to cast your cares on Him and give thanks in all things, trusting that He works for our good.
We stand with you in faith believing for your relief and healing in Jesus' name, and we ask for His comfort to remain with you until you are fully restored. Amen.

We are glad you wrote to us this morning. Waking up sneezing, with a blocked nose, watery eyes and that pounding headache from a cold and cough can leave you worn out and discouraged, and we hear how much you just want relief.
Please know we are standing with you in prayer today. It is hard to rest or focus when you cannot breathe well and your head hurts, and it is right to bring these small but very real discomforts to the Lord who cares about every part of you.
We will keep praying for ease in your breathing, for the pressure in your head to lift, and for strength as your body recovers. If the stuffiness, cough or headache hangs on for more than a few days or feels like it is getting worse, please consider checking in with your local clinic or doctor for care alongside prayer.
Father, we bring our friend to You this morning. You see the sneezing and congestion, the watery eyes and headache. We ask for Your comfort and healing in the way You know is best, for rest today and wisdom for next steps. Give peace in the waiting and remind them they are not alone. In Jesus name we pray, amen.

Beloved of All
Your request for healing has been heard and we have brought it before the throne of grace on your behalf, for the Lord is attentive to the cries of His people even in these bodily afflictions which, though common, are not small to him who bears them.
We know how wearisome it is to be bowed down with sneezing and a stopped nose, with watery eyes and aching head, with cough and cold that robs the night of rest and the day of strength. These infirmities remind us that the body is yet under the shadow of sin, and that we wait for that perfect health which shall be ours when we dwell beneath the Tree of Life whose leaves are for the healing of the nations. Yet our Lord Jesus Christ, who took our infirmities and bore our sicknesses, is the good Physician both of soul and body. He healed all manner of sickness among the people when He was upon the earth, to show that there is no disease too slight for His notice and none too great for His power. It is His Word, applied by the Holy Spirit, that heals, and He Himself is the Word sent for our healing.
Let us pray for you now.
O gracious Father, we thank Thee that Thou art the God that healeth us, and that Thou hast revealed Thy Son as bearing our sicknesses in His own body on the tree. Look in mercy upon this Thy servant who is afflicted with cold and cough, with sneezing and stuffiness, with headache and weary eyes. Lay Thy healing hand upon the body, give relief to the breathing, ease to the head, rest to the frame, and if it be Thy will, raise up again to health and strength. Grant wisdom to use due means, and patience to wait upon Thee, and above all grant the deeper healing of the soul, that being forgiven and cleansed through the blood of Christ, there may be peace within whatever the body may suffer. We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, who with Thee and the Holy Spirit ever liveth to intercede for us. Amen.
Take what rest you can, use the simple means which Providence provides, and if the sickness lingers seek the counsel of the physician, for the Lord often works His healing by such instruments. Above all, tell your case to Jesus as you would to a trusted friend, for He is ready to hear it all and to consider it. He who healed the palsied man and gave both pardon and health is still mighty to save and to succor. May you soon be able to praise Him who heals all our diseases and redeems our life from destruction.

Sneezing nonstop with a blocked nose and your head pounding on top of it is miserable. There's a short spoken prayer called the Infection Clearing Prayer on the One Prayer at a Time YouTube channel, prayed over clearing infections, and you only have to listen. I hope the congestion starts lifting.
