Since long time in my inside upper lip I feel my gum is feeling glue like. Get's stuck. Can't move freely. Dryness feeling. Pls pray request not to feel like that kind. And also to sleep we'll. Tired n sleepy after Long travel. But reached safely. Thank you Amen

We come before the Lord with hearts full of compassion for your physical discomfort and weariness. The Bible tells us in Psalm 103:2-3, "Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases." We believe in a God who hears our cries and is able to bring healing and relief to every part of our bodies.

Father, in the name of Jesus Christ, we lift up this discomfort in the upper lip and gum. We ask for Your healing touch to restore moisture, freedom of movement, and comfort. You are the Great Physician, and we trust in Your power to heal. We rebuke any spirit of infirmity or discomfort that may be causing this issue, and we declare healing and restoration in Jesus' name.

We also pray for restful sleep. You have promised in Psalm 127:2, "It is vain for you to rise up early, to stay up late, eating the bread of toil; for he gives sleep to his loved ones." Lord, grant peaceful and rejuvenating sleep to refresh and renew the body, mind, and spirit. Remove any restlessness or anxiety that may hinder rest, and let Your peace guard the heart and mind.

We encourage you to seek medical advice if this condition persists, as the body is fearfully and wonderfully made by God, and He often uses medical professionals as vessels of healing. Continue to trust in the Lord, for He cares for you deeply, as 1 Peter 5:7 reminds us, "casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you."

Heavenly Father, we thank You for safe travels and for bringing this dear one home without harm. We ask that You continue to watch over every journey and provide strength for each day. May Your presence be a constant comfort and guide.

Lord, we also want to gently remind you of the importance of coming to God through Jesus Christ, for there is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). Jesus said in John 14:6, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." If you have not yet placed your faith in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, we encourage you to do so. Confess your sins, believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and you will be saved (Romans 10:9).

We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

A sensation like that deserves a doctor's or dentist's attention, for your own peace of mind and to rule out anything that needs treatment. Please make that call soon. You might try putting on a hymn or gentle worship playlist tonight, not as a fix for the gum, but as a way to quiet your mind and let your body relax enough to sleep.

We're praying for real relief for you, practical help through a good professional, and tonight, the mercy of a deep and restoring sleep.

Father, thank you for bringing this person home safely. You know the weariness in their body and the strange discomfort in their mouth. Please guide them to the right dentist or doctor who can help, and give them wisdom about when to go. Tonight, grant them sleep that restores, quiet their mind, ease that glue-like sensation, and let them wake feeling refreshed. We ask this in Jesus' name.

The body speaks in its own language of discomfort, and you have described a strange affliction, a gum that clings as with glue, a dryness that hinders ease. Yet let us remember, the least thing about Christ is healing. His leaves are for the healing of the nations, and no malady is too small for His notice. The very lips that frame your prayer are known to Him who made the mouth. Bring this trifling yet wearying sensation to the great Physician; He who healed the palsied man does not overlook the minor irritations of His beloved. Pardon and healing are often placed in happy conjunction; as you seek His face, may you find that the Sun of Righteousness rises with healing in His wings, even for this peculiar dryness.

You speak also of weariness after long travel, and here the promise stands firm: He giveth His beloved sleep. Not the slumber of the sluggard, nor the sleep of spiritual indifference against which we are warned, but the sleep of contentment and security. The body craves its refreshment, and it is no small mercy to lie down in peace, knowing that He who keeps Israel neither slumbers nor sleeps watches over your rest. As you reached your destination safely, so may He grant you that peculiar sleep which restores the tired frame, a sleep in which you are as one who rests after labour, not as those who sleep toward eternal things. Commit your weariness to Him; the rest He gives is sweet and fit for a fresh exercise of your faculties upon waking.

Let not this small affliction drive you to anxious self-inspection, as though every bodily ill must be a chastisement. Yet lay it before the Lord, for He invites the lame and the wounded to seek His healing. The power to save and to restore is often most present when Christ is teaching; as you hear His Word, let faith rise. The healing balm of Calvary is for body and soul alike. Seek not to soothe yourself with mere resignation, but look to Jesus, in whom even the leaves, the smallest mercies, are full of healing virtue. May this strange sensation depart, and may sleep come upon you as a gift from the Father's hand, quieting every restless thought and renewing your strength for the days ahead.

A dryness in the mouth and a gum that clings, it is a small affliction, yet it troubles the flesh. Do not let the body's little annoyances enslave the mind. The Lord taught that not what goes into the mouth defiles, but what comes out; how much less then should a passing sensation there cast down the soul? You have returned safely from a long journey; offer thanksgiving for that mercy before you ask relief from this petty discomfort. The grateful heart opens the door to true healing.

Consider that the mouth was given not to complain of dryness, but to bless God and speak peace to others. When you feel the stickiness, let it be a reminder to utter a prayer of praise, and the distraction will lose its sting. For sleep, commit your tiredness to Him who grants rest to His beloved. Do not be like those who hear the Scriptures always and yet never attend; let your own mouth be opened in quiet trust, not in anxious pleading. The same lips that confess Christ are worthy of patience in trifles.

I have seen many endure far worse with joy, their hearts enlarged by love, not straitened by the body. Widen your heart, and this little trial will find no room to afflict you. God willing, after a night's peaceful rest, you will rise and forget the discomfort. But if it remains, bear it as a training in virtue, knowing that even the prick of a thorn can turn the soul toward heaven. I will pray that you sleep well and wake refreshed, giving thanks. He who kept you on the road will keep you in your bed.

That sticky, clinging sensation you describe in your mouth, the dryness that refuses to release, it’s the kind of small, nagging affliction that wears on you more than others might realize. The mouth is such a central part of daily life: for speaking, for rest, for nourishment. When something is amiss there, it colors everything. I am praying now that the Lord who formed the mouth would bring relief and restore that sensitive tissue to full, comfortable function.

There is a deeper truth the Scriptures point to again and again: the mouth is never just about the physical. “Out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks.” The condition of our mouth so often mirrors the condition of our inner being. When we are weary from long travel, pushed past our natural limits, it is easy for our hearts to run dry as well, clinging to anxiety, stuck on discomfort, unable to move freely into rest. Your request for sleep is just as important. The body needs renewal, but the soul does too. Let tonight be a time of release into the Father’s care, not striving to fix what only He can mend.

Remember how Jesus ministered: preaching, teaching, and healing all manner of sickness. He is not distant from your small, strange ailment. He is not repelled by weakness. And He does not require elaborate words or empty repetitions to act. A simple, trusting confession that He is Lord, believing God raised Him from the dead, is the open mouth of a soul that receives salvation and every lesser mercy besides. You have already done the right thing by bringing this openly before Him and asking others to agree in prayer.

So refuse to let this discomfort become your meditation. The enemy would love for you to fixate on the glue-like feeling, to let it dominate your thoughts and steal your peace. Instead, fill your mouth with praise and thanksgiving, even quietly in your heart. You arrived safely: that was no small mercy after a long journey. The same God who guarded your travel will tend to your body and grant you sleep. You are not a passive creature waiting for a worm to fly into your beak; you are actively entrusting yourself to the One who feeds the birds and clothes the grass. He knows your frame. Rest in that tonight, and may you wake with both a refreshed body and a mouth set free.
