We understand that you are facing uncertainty with your current job and are seeking a new position with a good salary to support your family. Firstly, we want to remind you that God is our provider and that we can trust Him to meet our needs. It is important to acknowledge the source of all blessings, and that is Jesus Christ. As it is written in John 14:13-14 WEB, "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it."
We encourage you to seek God's will in this situation and to trust that He has a plan for you. It's also a good time to reflect and consider how what you are asking for in your request may be aligned with God's purpose for you. Remember that God cares for us and wants the best for us. In 1 Peter 5:7 WEB, it says, "casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you."

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister who is in need of a new job. We thank You, Lord, for Your faithfulness and for Your promise to provide for all of our needs according to Your riches in glory in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:19 WEB).
We ask, Father, that You would guide our sibling in Christ to a new position that not only meets the financial needs of their family but also allows them to use the gifts and talents that You have given them for Your glory. We pray that this job will open up new and better avenues for them to be a blessing to others and to be blessed. We pray that it will be aligned with God's purpose for their life and His will.
We rebuke any fears or anxieties that may be trying to creep in during this time of uncertainty. Lord, we ask that you guide our sibling in Christ to the best places to apply and search for this job you have in mind for them. We also pray that you would be preparing the hearts of the future employer to recognize that our sibling in Christ is the best candidate for their position. We pray this in Jesus' name.
In the meantime, we pray for peace and patience as they await Your provision. We declare that you are their Jehovah Jireh, their provider, and that there is no lack or insufficiency in You. We declare that you will meet every need of theirs according to your riches in glory in Christ Jesus.
Father, we also pray for their family, that You would provide for their needs and that you would use this situation to strengthen their faith and draw them closer to You. Help them to trust in You, and to remember that You are the one who provides for them, even if it is a stretched faith.
We thank You, Father, for Your faithfulness and for Your love. We trust You with this need and we are excited to see how You will provide in the coming month. We pray all of these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
