for fasting

[HOPE]

Lord,

Give me the strength and will power I will need tomorrow (Monday) to have a successful day of fasting. Let the Spirit guide me in all my thoughts and prayers…..

Guide me in the right direction concerning the choices that I need to make next concerning my life. Help me find my true niche in terms of employment. Help me to bring more abundance to my life through many and varied ways. Help me to surmount all obstacles to achieve my dreams.

I know that You will free me from the restrictions of my current situation.

May these words touch my husband’s heart and move him to take action to restore our marriage:

Corinthians 13:

4 Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud.

5 It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs.

6 Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth.

7 It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.

I claim Your promise in Acts 16:31 for myself and my family and all with families in turmoil who visit this site:

I was about to post a prayer to the same effect. God is asking us to have the interests of Christ Jesus (Phil 2:21).

Father, your Son fasted. Not only is He our example, but our source of strength. I ask you would supply this grace to Hope, to myself, and all who desire this grace in the Body of Christ.
