Oh am not fasting at the moment, but have last week for 3 days and 3 nights and had some healing...
It's more of a question is fasting for everyone? scripturally yes we are to fast.. queen Esther had all the Jews including herself fast for there breakthrough, Jesus said when he goes all his disciples will fast, but yeah if you read through the link it explains better then me, I'm not very smart have no university degree

God I Believe In The Power Of Prayer and Fasting!

Prayer Focus: God Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me Jesus. God I ask You in Jesus’ name that I will fall in love with You, trust You, and honor You with all my heart, soul, mind, body, and strength. Jesus wants us all to fast and pray so satan will not come and tempt us and make us all feel guilty and depressed. 3 days fasting is long enough for Jesus to be happy. It is not loosing weight or just cleaning our stomach. It is a gift, and offering to God that we depend on Him alone. Thanks for sharing. God bless you.

Yes that's so true, it also is about sacrifice, have experienced 8 nights 8 days dry fasting on 2 occasions and got healed, it also opened a door for dreams and visions which was weird at first, did not know what to do at first..
