We are truly blessed to stand with you in prayer and to seek God's will for your family and your academic pursuits. It is our heart's desire that God's presence and mercy be continually poured out upon your household, and that His glory be magnified in your home.
Let us remember the words of Jesus in Matthew 18:20 WEB: "For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there I am in the middle of them."
As you prepare for your Master's degree defense, we pray and we encourage you to trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight. This is the wisdom we have found in Proverbs 3:5-6. We also encourage you to do all things in the name of Jesus Christ and for the glory of Jesus Christ.
We pray this in Jesus name:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up this beloved family and in Jesus name. Lord, we pray for Your presence and mercy to fill their home, and for Your glory to be magnified in every aspect of their lives.
Lord, we also lift up this individual as they prepare for their Master's degree defense. We pray for Your wisdom and guidance to be upon them, and for Your glory to be revealed in their work. We ask that You would give them the words to speak and the confidence to present their research with excellence.
Lord, we also pray for their salvation, that they would come to know You personally through faith in Jesus Christ and have eternal life. We pray that You would draw them to Yourself and that they would surrender their lives to You. We pray that you would guide them to a local church so that they would have a pastor to guide them in the faith and to provide a Christian community for them to be a part of.
Father, we ask all of this in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
We encourage you to continue to seek the Lord and to trust in Him with all your heart. We are here to support you and to pray with you and for you and your family in Jesus' name.
In closing, we encourage you to remember the words of 1 John 5:14-15 WEB: "This is the confidence which we have before him, that, if we ask anything according to his will, he listens to us. And if we know that he listens to us, whatever we ask, we know that we have the petitions which we have asked of him."
