Acts 20.35 It is more blessed to give than to receive. Luke 6:38 Give, and it will be given to you. A good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over, will be poured into your lap. For with the measure you use, it will be measured to you. Heb 6:14 Saying, Surely blessing I will bless thee, and multiplying I will multiply thee. Matthew 7:12 So whatever you wish that others would do to you, do also to them, for this is the Law and the Prophets. Luke 6:31 And as you wish that others would do to you, do so to them. Philippians 2:3-4 Do nothing from rivalry or conceit, but in humility count others more significant than yourselves. Let each of you look not only to his own interests, but also to the interests of others. James 5:16 Therefore, confess your sins to one another and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous person has great power as it is working. Jer 29:12 Then shall ye call upon me, and ye shall go and pray unto me, and I will hearken unto you. 2Th 3:1 Finally, brethren, pray for us, that the word of the Lord may have free course, and be glorified, even as it is with you:
2 Corinthians 9.6-11 He who sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and he who sows bountifully will also reap
bountifully. Each one must do as he has made up his mind, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a
cheerful giver. And God is able to provide you with every blessing in abundance, so that you may always have
enough of everything and may provide in abundance for every good work. As it is written, He scatters abroad, he
gives to the poor; his righteousness endures forever. He who supplies seed to the sower and bread for food will
supply and multiply your resources and increase the harvest of your righteousness. You will be enriched in every
way for great generosity.
1Ti 2:1-3 I exhort therefore, that, first of all, supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks, be
made for all men; For kings, and for all that are in authority; that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all
godliness and honesty. For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour;
Where are the laborers?
Mat 9:36 But when he saw the multitudes, he was moved with compassion on them, because they fainted, and were
scattered abroad, as sheep having no shepherd. Mat 9:37 Then saith he unto his disciples, The harvest truly is
plenteous, but the labourers are few; Mat 9:38 Pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that he will send forth
labourers into his harvest.
Jesus himself prayed for others, looked outside himself and his concerns to see life from others' perspectives and
asked God to meet their needs. Are we more worthy then Jesus to have our needs met by our Father without any labor
in his kingdom for other brothers and sisters who are also in need? I do not know about anyone else, but I am a lowly
sinner and undeserving of Gods mercy and grace. I am thankful that he allows me to pray for others, so that I too
may be blessed with my heavy burdens.
It saddens my heart that this place of prayer flows with the prayer request needs of hundreds, and the multitudes of
those seeking prayer in comparison to the laborers praying are of great difference.
You that have come heavy laden and seeking the help of your brother and sisters in Christ to stand in agreement for
your need, what will you be?..one of the multitude that comes and then goes quickly, or a laborer who truly desires
the blessing of God in your situation? God answers all prayer, no matter what you decide to be, for he is merciful,
but know that his word is truth that never fails, and again the Lord says: For with the measure you use, it will be
measured to you. I pray all that come here for prayer receive great measure from the Lord, because they have stopped
and stayed long enough to bless others in great measure.
Lord, I pray you will send forth labourers into this prayer ministry, for the multitudes are great and the labourers
are few. Press every heart that passes through this ministry for prayer, to stop and stay awhile and share in the
labor of this harvesting.
